Excellent Property but Renters Should Know...

This was an excellent property with many 5-star attributes. Renters should know that unlike many other places I've rented, this house doesn't come with certain items that I have come to expect. Part of the reason I rent a house is for the conveniences that simply aren’t there when living out of hotels. This house is completely void of ANYTHING in the fridge upon arrival.. no condiments, no butter, no anything… that’s fine, i get it… however, it also had no tin foil, sugar, cooking spray, wax paper, or anything of that nature… what seemed particularly odd was having no coffee filters to use with the coffee maker that was provided. This meant I had to go out and purchase 140 coffee filters for a 10 day stay.. not cost-inhibiting, just annoying… and then I have a dilemma because I don’t even want to leave the remaining 130 filters, remaining tin-foil, or anything others might use, because I’m assuming the cleaning staff will throw them out. All this to say - overall this rental was excellent. It is in an excellent neighbourhood, with clean, modern furniture, and was very clean…. Also of note - the ‘free voucher’ aspect to this rental was very easy to use and take advantage of - definitely an added bonus to this solid property.

Everything at the property worked and the host was responsible. The area is technically Scottsdale, but very close to Tempe and Phoenix, so the area was not as nice as what we would have expected.

Thanksgiving

Beautiful home on a quiet street. Well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed to prepare our holiday dishes. Comfortable beds and pillows. Kids LOVED that there was a pool table that converted to other games! There were also board games to play around the large dining table. Very family friendly. Felt like home. Host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Remodeling home...Stayed in the neighborhood

Perfect for our needs. We had our 2 adult sons visiting and are remodeling our house about a mile away. This VRBO was comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. Even though there were no children in our party, we noticed there were children's items available. We had our 12 year old Pug with us and she loved the little grassy spot. It was nice to have a dog friendly spot. The carpet did smell like there have been a lot of pets, but...it was a pet property. We had a really nice time in this VRBO.

Indoor comfort

We enjoyed the large open concept for hanging out with family. Easy to prepare and cook delicious food for Thanksgiving. Comfortable master bed! Appreciated use of garage and that there was laundry. Close to what we needed!

Scottsdale Getaway

We spent a lot of time at the house within the week we were there visiting family in the area. The benefits were: 1) well stocked kitchen 2) grill 3) covered patio 4) 1 level 5) very roomy for family gatherings. We will check availability for this property for out next visit.

Scottsdale Gem!

Our stay at Papago Parkway was so great. We were doing an extended stay of four months and were able to pick up our life and move forward without skipping a beat. There are TV's in every room, plenty of space and sleeping arrangements. Backyard is big and also has a bonus patio that is shaded with a grill. We would recommend this property for short term or long term needs.

Lovely home for the family

House was beautiful and welcoming and had all the comforts of a home. Backyard was great for my dog and kids to play around in and the house was spacious. Neighborhood was very quiet and close to many stores working a few miles. We highly recommend and plan to book again whenever we may return to visit Arizona.

location! location!

We rented this house with our adult son and 2 grandchildren. We also had 2 dogs. The house was very clean and appears to have been recently renovated. We had plenty of room, with a good size yard for my dogs. The location was close to everything. Would stay again.

Nice property

We stayed here for 6 weeks during a hone renovation. The property is exactly as advertised. It is newly remodeled and very clean. The neighborhood feels safe and is a short drive to Scottsdale shopping and restaurants. It is also very convenient to the freeway. The owner/management company were very responsive to our messages and took steps to immediately correct a minor issue with an appliance. Overall, we were very pleased with the property.

Quiet Scottsdale Treasure

This is a very nice, and quiet property. It’s been recently renovated and has all of the amenities that you’d like. The owners are super people and great to communicate with. I really enjoyed my stay!
