We had family fly in from Massachusetts, Calgary and New York to celebrate New Years together in a warmer place.We could enjoy each others company playing cards at the large dining table, or lounge near the fireplace to read or chat. The kitchen was perfect for a big crew, with everything you need to make large meals or snacks throughout the day. We did have a small issue with hot water the first day, but the host was incredibly helpful and all was well within a couple of hours. We loved our time together and this was a perfect gathering place. It's beautifully maintained, the views are incredible, and I want that fireplace in my house!

This property is incredible with gorgeous views, privacy and spaciousness. Really one of a kind. This was our 5th or 6th year in the house. Chelsea, the property manager is extremely responsive and always willing to go the extra step to accommodate our requests. A definite 5 star rating!!!

My family and I have been staying here for the last few years and once again, our time here was incredible! The house was spotless and the pool was in great shape. The layout of the house continues to work so well for our family - there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the common areas are perfect for us all to get together. We are hoping to stay again next year so well be back very soon!

Perfect house for large groups

4 couples stayed for a wedding weekend. The house was perfect for this sized group. Beautiful views. We really enjoyed the patio and pool. The house is very well equipped.!

Phenomenal views

We stayed for one week. Views were incredible in every direction. That is why we booked the house. The inside of the house I would give 3.5 stars. One bedroom didn’t have window shades so I had to put foil up so my daughter would not wake up at 6am. The kitchen had old food in the cabinet that should have been refrigerated. We did not use it but that kind of thing grosses me out. Also the kitchen utensils were very old and used up. There was no spot to put pantry items as every single cabinet and drawer was filled with random things. So we had to keep our food in the kitchen counter. The bedrooms were nice and spacious and clean. Bring your own shampoo because the shampoo/ soap provided is ancient and not really filled up. There was no conditioner either. They had an old bottle of shampoo/conditioner combo which does not serve well in dry Arizona. Overall a good stay. The property just needs a good scrubbing: purging of clutter. I think I counted 6 coffee makers but I would have rather had a space to store pantry food off of the counter. There is a laundry space but the whole area needs deep cleaned. There was junk everywhere in the tiny space. Overall beautiful and PERFECT location! The inside of the house needs decluttered/ deep cleaned and sprucing up to be a rental.

Magical property!

As grandparents, whose children live on opposite coasts, we love bringing our extended family together. This house, overlooking the Paradise Valley Country Club, with views of Camelback and Mummy mountains is a magical venue. We just celebrated our 4th Thanksgiving at this amazing house with our family. We keep returning to this property because it is hard to imagine a better house with a more attentive, responsive property manager. Chelsea is basically available 24/7! I've given her feedback after our visits, and she shares it with the owner, and our suggestions are embraced. Treat yourself to this incredible property. You won't regret it!

Golf trip

Beautiful home. Would love to rent again! Only one little flaw and that was the outside waterfall did not work and that would have been nice hearing and seeing while we sat out there in the evenings. Thank you Chelsea for a wonderful time!

Can’t wait for our next stay!

My family and I have stayed here multiple times over the past few years. It’s starting to feel like a home away from home. Everything is always in perfect working order, the furniture is always well-kept, and the entire property is clean and comfortable. This is the perfect house for a long getaway and its location couldn’t be any better! Can’t wait for our next stay!

Our favorite family getaway location!

We've been staying at this property for a few years now and after each visit, it becomes harder and harder to leave! Chelsea does a phenomenal job communicating with us throughout our stay and the house continues to have everything we need. There was some nice furniture added since we last stayed here and the decor throughout the house remains very comfortable and relaxing. We're coming back in September and already can't wait!

Great house!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. We paid extra to have the pool heated and did not regret it. It was lovely. One note- there is not a hot tub. The house was perfect and Chelsea was a great property manager!

Christmas visit

The house is unique and well decorated and the views are stunning. The host was very available and quick to reply to texts. The house does have a number of steps and levels so guests need to be aware if any mobility issues. We would use this property again.

A gem!

This was our 4th year staying at this amazing house. It's truly in a league of its own. Everything about this house is special! Mostly the venue, view, comfort. We look forward to returning every year with our grown children and their families. The property manager, Chelsea, is incredibly responsive, and makes our planning super easy. I can't recommend this property more highly!

A little bit of Paradise for sure...

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's quiet and mostly secluded from any neighbors. Plenty of space for our group to spread out. The backyard mountain-view is just stunning...a very real retreat. Chelsea, the property manager, was prompt and accommodating in responding to our requests.

An impressive, beautifully appointed property!

This home is beautiful, furnish well equipped, and set up with a Baecation renter in mind. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and are beautifully appointed. The kitchen is for equipped house was immaculately clean, and a good time was had by all.
