Beautiful Biltmore area

The condos location was perfect for shopping, dining out, and finding groceries. Karen was the perfect hostess. Very pleased with the overall experience.

Outstanding winter getaway!!

We spent 2 months at Karen’s condo! It was the BEST winter getaway we’ve ever had. Walking around the Biltmore Estates, biking on the Arizona Canal in the most beautiful sunshine!! Everything was so convenient. We didn’t need or have a car. Grocery store and excellent restaurants are just a few steps away. Recommend Keegan’s or walk to LGO, or a bike to OHSO’s. We Uber’ed to Scottsdale and to Phoenix Skyharbor. Easy convenient pickup at the Biltmore Condo gate. Karen was very responsive and a joy to communicate with. Her condo is very clean and well stocked. We’ve already booked for 2023!

Biltmore Dream

Location is excellent. Enjoyed walking around the area, close to shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed sitting out on the patio mornings and late afternoon in shade.

Excellent Location

This condo was perfect for our needs. Karen had it equipped with all the basic needs upon our arrival - coffee with creamer, some cereal, chocolate treats. Kitchen has sufficient dishes and cooking pans. Beds were comfortable. We loved the location as it is close to all kinds of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more. We would certainly like to come back here again.

Everything was great. Karen is very responsive. The only nit pick is that the kitchen is to small for two people. But who wants to cook when your are in beautiful Phoenix in the winter!

We enjoyed our stay.

Clean and all the amenities you need for a getaway. Centrally located walking distance to groceries and coffee. Karen was a attentive host. Beds were comfortable and her kitchen was good for cooking. The area is nice for walking or biking. It was a nice walk to Wrigley Mansion. She had provided plenty of brochures on the area. Only negetives parking lot view, coffee pot needs replacing and we could have used 1 more chair in living room for a couple that stayed with us for a long weekend. My husband would have liked a tv in bedroom but I was OK without. Otherwise all in all it was a pleasurable stay.

Perfect location!

My mom and I stayed here last December too, and returned this December as we were so pleased with the accommodations last year. Karen is great to work with and easily available if needed. I love the condos decor, and the spare blankets are so soft! We found the bedding very comfortable as well. The location of this condo is fantastic. Shopping and dining is within walking distance, along with a great access for beautiful walks. The condo is clean and provides a cozy getaway from the cold (From Salt Lake City). Thanks Karen!

Modern and comfortable

This nicely furnished condo was perfect in almost every way. The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was convenient and very pleasant among the Biltmore Estates. My main disappointment was that I had been given the impression from the listing that there was a water view and instead the terrace and out-facing windows were onto the parking area, but we did not spend a lot of time in the unit, so this was not critical. It was still very quiet and private enough to sit outside for reading and working. It was a nice surprise to find the kitchen supplied with coffee and snacks. The owner was extremely gracious and helpful.

Lovely, quiet, and well maintained

We had a lovely stay, and we wanted for nothing! The Safeway grocery store is two minutes away as are several great restaurants. Karen is wonderfully kind and very responsive to questions. One thing- instructions for the air conditioner would be helpful, other than that, we were very pleased!

Magnificent place to stay!!

From the beginning to the end the process and communication was amazing! Karen's response was always quick and she was very easy to speak to and answer any questions we had. Air conditioner needs repair

Karen was easy to work with. The space was thoughtful. The air conditioning unit was so loud we could not sleep or hear each other. Only 1 fan in unit. Otherwise, it would have been a nicer experience.

Very comfortable stay

This condo was awesome. Very easy to get in. Very helpful owner. The only complaint I do have, is that the a.c. is really loud. I am a light sleeper and it would wake me every time it turned on. Thankfully there was a fan, so I just turned a.c. off when I went to sleep, and have fan cooling me.

Wonderful experience!

My two girlfriends and I just got home from a very fun, relaxing week spent at this condo. It was so cute and exactly what we expected. The condo is very clean and has everything you need that you may have forgotten! Karen is a wonderful hostess, as well! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Wonderful Arizona vacation!

Karen's unit was everything advertised on the site. It was spotlessly clean--even down to the drawers! She supplied the condo with extra towels and linens, coffee, tea, and plenty of creamer! The Biltmore, itself, is located near convenient shopping and restaurants, and an amazing Arizona canal trail is within walking distance. The complex is quiet and secure. Karen is easily accessible by phone or text and promptly communicates back to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this wonderful unit and look forward to visiting again!

Lovely condo with a very caring owner

Great location and very quite . Karen has every thing you would need. Karen met us when we arrived and made sure we were comfortable . Karen’s place was very clean and decorated very nice . There is a Safeway that is a 5 min walk also very close to shopping mall and restaurants . The best part was Karen who was such a caring wonderful person. Great place and I highly recommend it.

INCREDIBLE STAY - LOVED IT - highly recommended

This was BY FAR the best experience I have ever had using a rental condo. The owner was a pleasure to deal with -Great communication The property was just perfect with EVERYTHING you could expect PLUS so many kind and thoughtful extras thrown in by the owner. You can tell she really cares about her guest’s happiness. The property exceeeded the description and photos and was a great value! The area is just beautiful, set right next to The Arizona Biltmore Hotel where I was attending events. (But didn’t want to pay their prices) It was an easy walk or short drive to get to the Biltmore. Additionally the location was very convenient to anything I could need. Nightlife. Stores. Coffee shops etc. Beds are comfy. And the rooms and bathrooms very spacious are well equipped. The entire condo has been beautifully updated. Kitchen was also well equipped with everything you could need. Have to say if I could give this property more than 5-Stars I would. And I’m a VERY WELL seasoned traveler. I give this property my highest recommendation and hope I get to return!

Cozy and comfortable and so clean.
