The host was welcoming and accommodating. There was plenty of room for everyone to have privacy. The backyard is beautiful and is a spacious setting for relaxation with green grass and huge shade trees mixed in with brightly colored bougainvillea. So pretty! The pool is huge and will be great to use as the summer heat arrives.

The host was incredibly attentive, checked in to make sure we got settled in okay. When I mentioned my mother enjoyed playing scrabble they purchased the game and had it delivered to the house during our stay. The check in process was easy. The house itself was perfect for my family, beds were comfortable and each bathroom was stocked with fluffy towels and soft robes. The kitchen had everything you could need. With new double ovens we were able to prepare a wonderful Christmas feast. My husband and I truly enjoyed the indoor hot tub. The location was perfect it was close to amazing golf courses and beautiful hiking trails. If we return to the area again this would be the place we choose to stay.

The property is fully equipped with everything that you need. It is very clean, charming and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and so was the couch in the living room that my husband took a nap on every afternoon. The outdoor space was great to hang out at by the pool and the pool towels were large and soft. We absolutely loved it. Very pet friendly. And I loved the dog prints in the kitchen tile on the floor. Only thing that could have been improved were the Bouganvilla thorns in the yard, the standing water in the pond that wasn’t running while we were there and more standing water around the front of the property, there were lots of mosquitos and no see ums that bit the heck out of me. We had a fabulous time while we were there, and we look forward to visiting again.

This is ideal for someone who values cozy comfort. It is an older home that has been thoughtfully updated and easily holds its own against other VRBOs I’ve rented in Scottsdale. The furnishings, decorative elements, and attention to detail make you feel as if you are in a home rather than a rental. The patio, grounds, and pool are equally inviting. Everything is spotlessly clean, the bedding and mattresses are excellent quality, and the kitchen is well supplied. The owner quickly responds to questions. I highly recommend this home.

Amazing Pool and Backyard

We had a lovely stay. It was nice that the property was so private. Our dog had a blast running around the big backyard and the pool was big enough for 20 people.Great value. Would stay again.

Extended golf vacation

I strongly recommend this house. The property is very safe, clean, and comfortable. The interior was improved with attractive finishes and renovations. The pool is sizable for relaxing with family and friends, day or night. This is a terrific mid western property that blends with the Senoran desert surroundings.

Lovely rural Az house; close to much

The house is lovely. Large and eclectic, full of many interesting things. The backyard is stunning. We went in spring and found nesting birds and at least one resident hummingbird and some bunnies. The drive is not paved, and there's a step up, so we had to be careful when we had an older family member visit, but once inside, the house worked fine for her. Really comfortable stay, and the host was very responsive to questions.

5 Star Vacation Oasis

My family was in town for my daughter's graduation from GCU and we wanted to stay out of town a little ways...we searched for a bit and landed on this house which was perfect! Aside from sleeping, we didn't spend much time in the house even though we were at the house a bunch...the backyard is an oasis! With multiple lounging areas, a dining area, a TV, and the pool, we didn't need anything else! We loved having two master suites. The house is decorated well and equipped with everything you could need...extra towels, pool toys (we added to the supply), ample kitchen supplies, and so much more! Grocery stores are only a few miles away. Everything needed was there...the house was very clean...the yard is maintained very well...communication with owner was easy...to sum up our experience in one word: exceptional! Would highly recommend this rental for any stay!

Excellent host and nice AZ home

Darcy is an excellent host--great communication and accomodation. The property we stayed at was actually another property of hers, as Dynamite home had sustained water damage and wasn't repaired in time for our stay.Darcy made sure we were well cared for. Her beds are comfortable and her place was well equipped! Great host! Want to use Dynamite place in future.

Exactly as depicted online. Kitchen and bathrooms very well equipped-you could make Thanksgiving dinner for 50 people! Had some problem w TV in Living Room and one bedroom, also hot tub-manager sent an assistant to fix. Rear yard and pool area are lovely lots of lounge furnishings. Home is close to noisy busy street, that was an issue for our group. Would consider another property by this owner-less rural.

Family wedding weekend

Our stay was fantastic. House was amazing. Beds/linens were better than a 5-star hotel! I would definitely stay here again. Too much going on with family to enjoy pool or spa. Enjoyed the quail in the backyard. Excellent location. Even though it is a busy street, the house was very quiet. Will definitely return. Thank you Darcy!

Terrific house to rent

We were there to golf. Many of the good courses are within 15-65 minutes. High end to medium restaurants are located within 15 minutes. Relaxing back yard pool. All the amenities are in very good working order. Reasonable rental rate for 4 guests. You won't be disappointed.

Best Bed & Breakfast i have EVER stayed in

To say our stay was amazing would be a great understatement. To say our stay was better than anything we could have imagined is more inline. :) TIME OF OUR LIVES. I can't brag enough about the property - the top notch facility, the soulful and restful vibe, the care, the organization, it was so inviting, warm, quaint, beautiful, breathtaking. I got this for my family coming in-town to stay and i will do this EVERY TIME hands down without hesitation. The stay was as perfect as it could ever be. NOTHING could have been better. Definitely stay here - i guarantee you a magnificent memory. :)

Decorated southwestern style,we stayed in the bedroom off the kitchen,very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. There are some issues with the dishwasher leaking and the disposal didnt work. We loved the back yard,plenty of seating.. we didnt use the hot tub because it was dirty and the temps outside too cold to use the pool. We love the area
