This house is very interesting. The pros; lots of space, great backyard area, very nice neighborhood, and fairly stocked kitchen. The cons; very odd layout to this house that feels as though it was piece mealed together over time with many after thoughts, the fire pit was not set up, the barbecue did not work, and the stove did not work, and a strong musty smell as if the house had not been used in many months. The AvantStay team was adequately, responsive, and did get a maintenance person over on our second day to troubleshoot the areas of concern. The house itself is 50 years old and worn and there were a number of things that need updating and/or attention.
