Absolutely fabulous property, better than advertised...I'd give 6 stars if I could. Very spacious, spotlessly clean, with attention to everything you would need for a stay. We were there for 7 days and didn't need/want for anything. Homeowners were very responsive, answering questions in just a couple of minutes. Big takeaway was location...you felt like you were in the middle of the desert with privacy and views, but a mere 3 minutes to shopping and 5 to restaurants...lots to do in the local area. This will be my go to location whenever I'm in Mesa!

The magical Quail Mountain Villa stole our hearts! This home and surrounding area is a true desert dream. The home is one of the nicest vacation rentals I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The backyard is incredible. We got to see a lightning storm and experienced desert rain the first night we were there. The location was perfect for us to paddleboard the Salt River where we saw 35 wild horses in the river at once and 3 otters. The private mountain trail at sunset is stunning. The home furnishings are comfortable and incredibly curated. We did not want to leave. Thank you for the serene weekend Quail Mountain Villa.

This house made our Easter so special! The owners were so kind, checked in during the stay to make sure everything was going okay, communication was amazing. My family (including grandchildren) stayed here for five days in April. We had a wonderful time -- and we rarely left the property! The house is gorgeous and private and has a ton of space for everyone to be in, including bedrooms and bathrooms. The patio is absolutely stellar. Lovely pool (that we didn't need to heat, given the 98 degree air temps!), fabulous bar with grill, dining table, comfortable furniture in the shade to read and relax in. The property backs up to Quail Mountain, which made it feel very private. We saw javelinas, quail, rabbits and a cougar! All very exciting, and just added to the enjoyment of our stay. Holly was great - very responsive to any question I had - and I enjoyed meeting her one evening as she was walking her dogs. I would book this property again in a heartbeat!

A Quail Of A Good Time!

One of the best houses we’ve stayed in!! We had our own mountain right behind us that had an array of wildlife to watch all day long, especially the quails and javelinas! The house was clean and had plenty of room for 2 families! Lots to do around the area! Kurt and Holly are so friendly and so easy to communicate with! Would definitely stay there again if in the Mesa area!

Luxury property yet feels like home

Our stay at this property was amazing. The property has a nice backyard setting with plenty of room and plenty of shade, if desired. The front patio was very nice and had a great view of the sunset. The house was so comfortable and quiet. We marveled at all of the detail that went in to building and maintaining this home. Holly and Kurt were great to work with and responded quickly when needed.

Awesome time in the desert

My family and I had a very nice stay in Quail Mountain. We looked forward each day to watching the wildlife and were excited when new animals would appear. Accommodations were great. Very comfortable. Great house and space to hang with family. Easy to get to neighboring grocery and other neighborhood necessities. If and when back in Arizona would stay here again.

Amazing spot in Mesa!

We were so lucky to stay at this beautiful place! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures. The backyard is truly a private oasis. The inside of the house is open and spacious and beautifully decorated. The 8 of us adults had plenty of room. The owners answered every question we had so quickly and made it feel like it was our home away from home! Definitely hope to be back!

Lovely… 40th Birthday Celebration

This property was just as described and wonderful! All of the king size beds are great! The laundry room was used a few times too. Kitchen is nice and the great room is cozy. We enjoyed every room inside but… the backyard and pool we used most! The fountains added a very nice and relaxing touch. Even tho it was 113° on some days we were outside for most of the day every day. Waking in the early morning hours allowed us to enjoy nature too. We saw so many things and took lots of pictures. Fantastic trip! Fun and relaxation were on the agenda and this beautiful house definitely helped those things!

Awesome Place!

Our family had an amazing stay! The place is perfect for a group of people with plenty of room and an incredible backyard space to gather. We had a great time and will definitely book again. Absolutely a must!

We can’t wait to go back! You think the pictures are beautiful and you get there and WOW! The host were very accommodating and communicated in a very timely fashion. I have relatives in the Mesa area and I think I would still want to stay here! We had 6 buddies from high school class of 89…old guys. This was perfectly located between Scottsdale and Chandler. Ubers were about $40-$50 to either area.

Family Vacation

Could not have been happier with the overall experience. We didn’t want to leave the house because it had everything we wanted! The private resort style backyard was filled with plenty of games and wildlife to keep us entertained but also extremely relaxing. We will definitely be back! Nature and Comfort

This house is one of the most gorgeous and comfortable homes I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was so easy and went so smooth; if we had any questions, they were answered immediately. The house is absolutely beautiful with so many small details and had everything we needed and more. The coolest thing for me, and my family, was that they provided seed and food for the birds, chipmunks, and Javelina. Seeing a wild pig was so fun. Sitting by the pool, which is absolutely gorgeous, we were able to watch all the animals and enjoy the quiet and stillness of not having a bunch of neighbors and being in a busy neighborhood. We will definitely be back and I cannot recommend this home enough. Thank you so much for allowing us to be your guests!
