We are a picky family and generally can find two or three things that just aren't as described or simply not up to par. But not with this place! We had no complaints at all!THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT!The house was spotless, both inside and out. We had all of the little things (plates, cookware, etc.) that we needed to cook for the week. The location was private, quiet, and beautiful. The house is spacious, and my family of four had WAY more than enough room.If you want to not be bothered for the duration of your vacation, I highly recommend this property. The Rio Verde area is indeed a bit remote (this is a good thing!), but you can still get to restaurants/grocery store in 20 minutes or so. Communication with property owners was fantastic and friendly. Chad walked me through heating the pool/spa and made sure that all questions were answered.Thanks so much for maintaining such a fantastic home! I whole-heartedly recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

Stunning Home

Home was gorgeous. Wanted a place where we could go as a family and our adult kids and each bring a friend. It was perfect. Huge house, great outdoor setup for entertainment with game room with retractable windows. Had a nice relaxing vacation with our kids plus two bonus kids. Would highly recommend and would love to rent it again. A little far out but it was perfect not being on top of anyone. Hosts were very responsive and great communication. A rating!

Wonderful!

We had a week-long trip with three generations and this home is a 10/10! We take a trip like this every year and it’s always in a different location, but we’re now thinking we may come back to this special home. The home lay-out is perfect, it’s incredibly well stocked with kitchen items and the game room that opens to the pool area was all of our favorite. The location is a bit remote, but the home is so great, it doesn’t even matter.

Fantastic!

Fantastic, Wow, beautiful, this place is amazing were all words repeated over and over during our stay. We are 4 couples that stayed 5 nights in Feb. and no one wanted to leave and are already planning when we can go back! The house and pictures are exactly as advertised, and we had plenty of room both indoors and out. The views and sunrises from the rooftop were amazing! The outdoor area with the table for 8, lounge chairs, hot tub, fire features and bar area with sliding windows were highlights. The house was clean and well supplied with plenty of spices and extras for cooking. Communication both before and during our stay were great and the Welcome book had detailed instructions for us during our stay. They have thought of many extras to enhance our stay such as nice towels in all bedrooms, beach towels for hot tub/pool and blankets in the living room to curl up by the fire when the evenings got cool and labels for the many lights switches! It is in a rural area on an unpaved road, our rental car handled it just fine, but in our opinion that enhanced our stay, virtually no traffic and plenty of nature sounds were enjoyed by all! You do need to plan ahead with a grocery list but that is a small thing compared to the ability to relax, recharge and enjoy everything this house has to offer. If you are undecided about this house, don't hesitate just to book it, you won't regret it!

Beautiful and Relaxing!

We just got back from this amazing vacation and we were blown away with the stay at this house. The owner was there when part of the family arrived and showed us how to work things. We had everything we needed in the house. The views are gorgeous!!! I have been vacationing in AZ for a long time and this was the best! You are surrounded by mountain views and the house is off the beaten path. There was a horse named Ducky next door and you are right by Tonto National Forest. The house is huge and the pool was amazing! My family has stayed in many VRBO houses and I do not usually write a review, but I had to for this house and owners. Everything was perfect and I hope we can go back someday.

Scottsdale Trip

This house was amazing. Beautiful views to wake up to in the norning. Excellent accomodations. Great place to stay that is a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the trip.

Gorgeous property!

Our group of 8 stayed at the property for a week over Christmas. The house is very spacious and provided plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The views from the property are amazing and the house is stocked with everything you might need. We had an issue with the pool heater that the owner resolved asap. Communication was quick and very friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Authentic Arizona Experience

First, let me say, that the property owners were fantastic people and great with communication. The home is as advertised and well-maintained. I found the home to be prepared, beautiful, and full of fun items. The pool and spa were relaxing and appreciated after a long day of cart path-only golfing. Getting to the home is a journey down a dirt road and can be bumpy, but we found a better road on our last day. I feel the road adds to the Arizona experience. Our adventure at the home was excellent and deserving of the highest review. Highly recommend.

The BEST!

Just book it! This is the second time we have stayed here. Once as a family and then just the wife and I. I wish that I could transport the house to southern CA where we live. immaculate, clean, and beautiful. I could write so many things, but to sum it up, the whole experience has been fantastic. It received ONE bad review and after going there twice I realized that whoever wrote the review must be from a different planet. My wife and I were trying to figure out when we can head back to Scottsdale just so we can stay here again.

Hidden Gem on the outskirts of Scottsdale

My family and I absolutely loved this home! It was one of the cleanest VRBO's we have ever stayed at. It was comfortable and provided everything we needed for our 5 night stay. My 2 young boys especially loved this home. From the wildlife we saw everyday, the pool, and game room..it really was a huge hit! All the bedrooms were great with comfortable beds, linens, and pillows. The Master Suite is to die for! The backyard was perfect for entertaining and we especially loved being able to play music throughout the home. While the home is off a dirt road, it is still close enough to the Baseball Spring Training and Golf. We will definitely be coming back!

FANTASTIC FAMILY GETAWAY LOCATION

Went here in January meeting another couple friend of ours from another city. We ALL LOVED this property. QUIET AND PRIVATE! SUPER clean, and WELL outfitted to long comfortable stays. I want to win the lottery and buy this property. LOL! Felt like HOME! COMFORTABLE, SPACIOUS, and our daughter loved staying in the attached Casita with complete privacy away from the other adults. Fast communication from SUPER NICE owners who were VERY kind also. We (not the 2nd couple) got our flight cancelled due to snow in Denver, and the owner was SUPER fast responsive and accommodating to a desperate request to stay an extra day! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! Want to come back for sure!

Great Property

The property is exactly as advertised on VRBO. It has lots of great features that made our stay very enjoyable. The outside living area around the pool and spa is set up very nicely. It was cool at night when we were there so the pool and spa heaters worked well and allowed us to be in the water. The house is in a very private area - we did not see many people or cars. Also we enjoyed watching the wildlife in the backyard, including a bobcat. Chad promptly answered a few questions we had and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. The only negative was the dirt road getting to the property which had plenty of ruts and bumps. This is an awesome property for a crew of 8 people - highly recommend.
