Beautiful Modern Condo - but in need of some help
Checking in with an ap was new to us and a bit of a learning curve, but overall was smooth. No elevator (hard for our friend who is suffering from knee injury). Everyone said beds were great and slept well. Had to ask for many things that were missing - no kitchen towels, no dish cloths, no dishwasher soap, no dish drainer or dish pad for hand washing, no coffee pods, no bath mats for getting out of the shower in bathrooms and only 2 sets of towels in each so we had to improvise, the shower curtain was dirty/stained, both bathroom fans were very dusty, the sink and shower/bath drains were clogged, one bedroom fan did not work (it could have simply been a pull on the power chain but the ceilings are nice and high and we did not have a ladder to safely reach it), patio furniture cushions were stained.
All these things were brought to the attention of the contact we were given. The maintenance person never showed up and two kitchen towels and dishwasher soap were delivered. All other matters we left in their hands in hopes that they'd fix them for their next guests.
