The house is clean, well-stocked, and the beds are very comfortable. While we had a small group, it would be a great house for a good-sized family. The instructions were clear. This was a good location for the Mesa Marathon, which is what we were in town for, and it was also a convenient location for getting on and off freeways, etc. There aren't many walkable restaurants, but the canal system is close by, and we walked along it every day for exercise. I would note it's probably time for the owners to replace the fry pans and saucepans. They were all fairly scratched and are non-stick, so we did not feel comfortable using them. This is fairly typical of our VRBO experiences, and I imagine it's really hard to get guests to take care of cookware.
