The kitchen was well stocked with extras to make it convenient and not have to keep doing dishes for an extra cup or piece of silverware. Lots of extra blankets and towels too. Parking in the garage or driveway. Located in a quiet neighborhood with access to everything you need, including entertainment within a few miles.

This home was perfect for our gymnastics meet at the Renaissance Hotel. We could walk to the hotel., restaurants, bars, and shopping. The bands were very comfortable and we slept well and a very quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate and well-maintained.. We enjoyed the very large water heater so showers never got cold.This will be a great place to stay for any of the sporting events and we hiked from several mountains.

We do frequent vacation rentals. And this is one of the best, this was our 4th or 5th rental of this property. It is always perfect, clean and well equipped, very comfortable. Everything works. A great gas grill for bbq and very clean. The host is always great to work with.

Fantastic Location. Very Clean. Hosts were extremely accommodating and very responsive. Would highly recommend, especially if you are staying for a football game, it is truly walking distance to State Farm Stadium.

Great place and location - just a few minutes walk to the State farm Arena.This was a last-minute booking we had to make because another host in the neighborhood cancelled with less than 24 hours notification. However, Jon & Kersten eased our concerns of this happening again by being super responsive and helpful…(and of course they didn’t cancel us! : ))Thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic Property

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property, and we continue to be impressed. The property is immaculate. Bedding is comfortable and the sheets and towels all premium. We stay in many vacation rentals and this is the best on many fronts. Just one example is it has a very nice gas bbq that is actually clean. Communication with the property manager is excellent. The are is great as well, a short walk to the Glendale Entertainment district with the Cardinals and Rattler stadiums and many restaurants. We certainly highly recommend this property and will continue to stay there!

Great property and location

It was a short easy walk to State Farm Stadium. Everything at the property worked perfectly. There were lots of dishes, pots & pans, towels, etc. We were even pleasantly surprised with there being a variety of things like tea, coffee, spices, etc. in the pantry. And there's a back entrance to the neighborhood that's not well publicized but is a huge time saver if there's stadium traffic you want to avoid. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect!

Best place we stayed on this trip. Walking distance to State Farm Arena and the excellent Westlake Entertainment Center. Will stay here every time I am in Phoenix. No reason to look beyond this place.

A Great Place to Stay

The property is cozy and very clean in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. Everything is as advertised. Great location for ballparks on the West end.

One of the Best!

This was our second stay at this property and it continues to be one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever utilized. The place is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. The beds were comfortable and linens and towels all high quality. A nice patio and grill with covered furniture so it is clean when you want it. Communication with the host was outstanding and immediate. If that wasn't enough the location, particularly for a sports fan is outstanding. A short walk to Cardinals stadium and close to several spring training facilities. If not a sports fan, the Westgate Entertainment complex is the same short walk, with many great restaurants. This is on our list for many return visits!

Best location for stadium experience!

This property is as listed. The home was clean, and comfortable. The best part about about it is, it’s location. We walked to the stadium daily and had a wonderful time. It was close to the Beth store, the dispensary, and the grocery store. We will definitely stay again.

Spring Training Junket

We are three mature adults who enjoy spring training games, and this location is perfect for traveling to different parks in Phoenix. The home is clean and quiet and very comfortable. The owners were prompt and super helpful with the question we had. We would definitely stay here again if the possibility arises.

Outstanding Property

This was one of the best VRBO rentals I have ever rented. The house has obviously been recently redone, it was all spotlessly clean and felt new. The beds were comfortable with upgraded linens and towels. All items in the house worked and were simple to figure out. There is a nice outdoor patio with a great large grill. The patio furniture is kept covered when not in use, so it was all clean and ready for use. If you are a sports fan the location is ideal, walking distance to the Cardinals stadium and the Westgate Sports and Entertainment complex was many great restaurants and entertainment options. It is also centrally located for many of the baseball spring training stadiums. Lastly, the hosts were great to work with! We will definitely be back.
