Communication was great. Check in and check out were easy. Place was very clean. Plenty of towels (shower and pool). Stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner. They also had some basics like paper towels. Plenty of pots and pans and dishware/utensils. My two dissatisfactions1. the heated pool was just a little too cold for the adults to enjoy. Kids still went in, but also would have preferred it warmer. It fluctuated between 79 and 84 degrees. The pool cleaner that came by said he thinks 87 is where it needs to be. Anyway, just something to keep in mind. 2. Only the master bedroom has a TV. I would have preferred that each bedroom had at least a small TV.To end on a positive note, the pool was otherwise big and clean and the kids had fun. Hot tub was also pristine and totally hot the whole time.

Comfortable Oasis in the Desert

This home was very comfortable and well appointed for our week-long stay. The location is great with two large grocery stores within a short drive and easy access to the expressway. The master bedroom was large with a nice walk-in closet and spacious bath. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal or grill out. The living room was great for relaxing later in the evening, and the outdoor space including the pool was enjoyable during the day. Strong WIFI and Cable TV were available. Overall, an excellent stay and we would return if in the area again.

Meets all your needs

This house was very clean and lovely. The kitchen has everything you need. It’s spacious. We were there to spend time with family. We were out most days hiking, and doing things around the area. Perfect place, near casinos, hiking, restaurants. We had a little hiccup checking in as none of the codes would work. But it was resolved almost immediately.

Only a 4 bedroom not a 5 as listed. Had to battle management to refund 1/5th as agreed on after long debate. They did do the right thing in the end. Other than that the house is nice and in quite area close to everything.

Beautiful rental in great location

Our family of 5 stayed here for the holidays. It was plenty of room. Open floor plan and beautifully decorated. Fully supplied kitchen made cooking a meal easy. Kids loved the heated pool. It was a great location making it an easy drive to shopping. Restaurants, groceries.

Amazing stay

Hands down one of the better BnBs I’ve stayed. Very communicative and hospitable. All the amenities you’d need were provided and the house was so clean and nice. Pool was awesome and the area is close to Old Town so getting around is so easy. Will definitely stay here again!

The pool is perfect!

We come to AZ at least once a year and rent a house. Some houses we have stayed in have great photos of the pool and when we arrive it’s not what was expected. That’s not the case this time. The pool was literally perfect. This house was clean, spacious and centrally located in Scottsdale. We were close to everything & the pool was huge! Plenty of room for the 7 of us and a “deep end” for the tall teenagers! The neighborhood felt safe but the alley behind the house where you take the garbage was sketch. My husband insisted that he was the only one to go back there. The first night at the house there was a thunderstorm and we lost power for about 7 hours. There were a couple flashlights so we weren’t totally in the dark. (Sucked to lose the AC for 7 hours in August though!) A few days later we asked that the AC be turned down because the house didn’t seem to cool down in the evenings (Still 103 outside at 9:30pm) There is no way to turn it down on your own as the owners control that part. I would rent this house again though. It had everything we needed and again, it was very very clean and we greatly appreciated that! It was a great vacation.
