The pool was ideal, location can’t be beat, and Rick and Suzy went above and beyond to make us feel at home and make recommendations. We loved having so much room for our toddler to play inside and out! And the kitchen was well stoked with utensils, cookware, and more. We will definitely stay here again if we are in Phoenix.

We've been to Arizona every spring for the last 5 years and this was our favorite house we've stayed in. The size was perfect, the pool and hot tub were very enjoyable, and everything was exceptionally clean.The only drawback, if you could call it that, is that the neighborhood is close to a local airport. There were quite a few training flights going over the house each day, but it wasn't terrible.Rick and Suzy were very responsive to questions and made us feel right at home. Thanks for a warm and relaxing week.

Rick was an awesome host. The property was extremely clean and well kept. The hot tub had a minor issue one evening Rick was on top of getting it fixed so it didn’t hinder our experience. All amenities were as advertised. Would book with this location again.

Perfect location for soccer tournament at reach 11 and close to hiking trails. Had plenty of space for our family, lots of thoughtful amenities from the hosts, great communication, and a relaxing backyard. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in phoenix!

My family and I were in town for a soccer fest in Arizona. Upon arrival we were greeted with a lovely hand written card from Rick and Suzy along with a yummy box of chocolate. Amazing Family Vacation Spot

The house was perfect for the 4 of us. Close to shops, food and baseball! Easy access to highway. Owners were very reachable and accommodating. Hope to book with them again next year!

Auction time in Scottsdale

I went to Scottsdale to do a little golfing and mostly to attend the Barrett-Jackson car auctions. Rick’s beautiful home was in a great neighborhood and a short distance to everything that I wanted to do. Easy access to all the freeways. Rick is a great host and makes sure you have a great experience staying in his beautiful home.

Nice vacation

Spa was great but we had a little trouble with the app on the phone but Rick was great in helping us with it. All the bedrooms are on the second floor and that was not clear to us...we should have asked. Overall a nice stay!

Super clean home, quiet neighborhood

Super clean home, quiet neighborhood. Very nice backyard with clean pool and hot tub. Rick and Suzy were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We had forgotten a couple items and were thankful that Rick was so helpful with getting the items back to us. We'll definitely be staying here again the next time we're in the area.

Great Location! Beautiful Home!

Property was as advertised. Nice and clean. Richard and Suzy were so responsive! We had everything we needed and when we discovered something missing they got it for us right away! Enjoyed the hot tub! Only con was lack of indoor dining table. Working remotely some my husband used the island for his computer and extra monitor so we had to clear them when eating indoors. The location was perfect and the neighborhood very safe and clean! We spent five weeks here! Hiked many locations, headed to Vegas for a few days, and went to Antelope Canyon in Page. House close to main highways so easy trips north! Would stay again if in the area!

Great property!

Very clean and affordable stay. We had a group of 5 and the bedrooms and couches were perfect to accommodate us. 3 bathrooms was also a huge plus. Hosts were also very responsive throughout. Definitely recommend!

Great House, Great Back yard, Great Host!

Rick the owner is Awesome and so responsive! This house is so nice and might be the cleanest VRBO that I have ever stayed in. Great location, great Hot tube and pool! I have stayed at this house a few times and plan to stay there again on our next trip. So close to all the Scottdale attractions!

Ringing in the New Year!

Overall this was a fantastic rental to ring in the new year. Our stay was in the cooler months and enjoyed the beautiful spa and fire pit. Wonderful yard, clean and organized house and responsive hosts. We needed some help operating the spa and Rick, our host, was very responsive and available to help within minutes. In addition, I left some items behind during check-out, and Rick was kind enough to work with me to get the items returned. I would recommend this rental to those visiting the area.
