North Mountain sunshine

Everything was just right- quiet, clean, and comfortable. So much included that we barely needed to buy anything. Convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Friendly and responsive managers. We'd highly recommend this place!

Great Place To Stay in North Mountain Arizona

I had a really enjoyable six weeks at Matt and Lisa's condo. Friendly, well-kept complex, wonderful heated pool just outside the door, comfortably furnished condo with everything I needed for a long stay. The owners quickly attend to any issues.

Comfortable

I would describe this unit as comfortable. Kitchen well stocked, 2 bedrooms, living space and a pool just steps away from your unit. We traveled with our daughter’s family almost 5 and 7 year old grandsons. They spent hours in the pool. If you are looking for a clean place to stay - I would highly recommend this unit. Owners were attentive to our needs.

Wonderful!

Everything was as advertised and better! This place is so quiet and peaceful! The condo is right by one of the pools. and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place for our family to hang and relax! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! :)

Amazing place! Highly recommended!

My family and I stayed here for our vacation in phoenix. The property was so clean on the inside and very spacious for all of us. Any essentials we needed were there! My family loved the pool and hot tub as well as the tennis courts. We had such a wonderful time and I would highly recommend!

First visit to AZ

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Right next to one of three pools. We grilled several nights using the poolside grills. The property was great for our stay visiting our daughter who lives in the same complex.

Lovely place, accurate description

This property was perfect four us. very quiet, very cozy. We had one small issue, but owner was very responsive, and issue was solved rapidly. We would certainly go back. Thanks again for everything Matt and Lisa!

Overall the condo itself was nice. Location is a bit far from highway and neighborhood is not really nice. I had a few issues upon arrival. Toilet in guest bedroom leaking contacted the host and they were great to answer right away and getting it fixed. Designated parking had a random car parked guest parking was hard to find. A/C in master bedroom not fully working all weekend and the weekend I went was 114 degrees, lowest setting the AC in main room was only able to go down to 69. Changing the code on the door was extremely difficult. Place was clean master bedroom bathtub needs updating.

Great vacation!

We had an amazing time at this vrbo - Matt and Lisa provided very clear communication all the way through, even remotely adjusting our a/c since we were visiting in July! The location was easy to find and the unit was great with all amenities we could need to start out. The fact that the pool was steps away was amazing for our 2 boys! The unit itself was clean and inviting, although a bit dated. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone traveling out to Phoenix to watch MLB like we did!

Great Location

A quick trip to take in the Men's Final Four Semifinals. The location is awesome as everything we needed was within a 10-20min drive. It is an older unit but well taken care of in a nice complex. Would recommend and definitely would rent again in the future.

Perfect rental in the Phoenix area

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was gated with easy directions for getting in and out. Our kids loved the pool/hot tub amenity. You could see the pool from the entrance of the condo! The rooms were both very nice and comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were well cleaned and well maintained. The kitchen was perfect for our vacation needs with a full fridge and freezer and plenty of cups/plates/bowls/utensils. The location was great for traveling around Phoenix/Scottsdale. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations provided. The washer/drier was also very handy to have! We would definitely stay at this property again!
