    The Space:

    Step into a thoughtfully designed, modern living space that feels both open and airy. The living area is styled for comfort and relaxation, featuring a deep navy blue velvet sectional sofa, cozy armchairs, a sleek glass coffee table, and a decorative fireplace that adds a touch of charm. A wooden media console holds a flat-screen smart TV and a selection of board games, all set beneath a ceiling fan that keeps the space cool and breezy.



    Just off the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with a clean, organized layout. You'll find all the modern appliances you need—refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—set against speckled gray granite countertops that extend into a practical and stylish dining table, perfect for meals or casual gatherings.



    Tucked beside the main living space is a cozy workspace or study area with a unique blend of industrial and rustic design. A large brick accent wall sets the tone, complemented by an L-shaped black desk and ergonomic office chair. A sliding glass door opens to a small private patio, offering fresh air and natural light while you work or unwind.



    Upstairs on the mezzanine level, the bedroom offers a serene, minimalist retreat. The king bed features a modern wooden frame with a matching headboard, flanked by nightstands and a dresser. You'll also find a full-length mirror, closet space, ceiling fan, and a second flat-screen smart TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a bathtub and all essentials provided.



    The private patio is the perfect spot to relax or enjoy a meal outdoors, with a table and chairs and a BBQ grill for those sunny Phoenix days. Guests also have access to a refreshing communal pool. Additional amenities include central AC and heating, a second full bathroom with all towels and soaps, an in-unit washer and dryer with an ironing station, and a dedicated parking space for your convenience.

    Guest Access:

    Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.



    Early Check-in Requests

    We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4 pm, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready, no earlier than 2 pm.



    Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their government-issued ID, a matching selfie, and a credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification, and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservatio,n you agree to the following:

    1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

    2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check-in.

Uptown Plaza, a mid-century modern shopping center with trendy restaurants, coffee spots, and fitness studios, is also nearby—ideal for grabbing brunch or browsing local finds.



    Art lovers will enjoy being close to the Phoenix Art Museum and Heard Museum, both offering immersive exhibits and cultural experiences. For outdoor enthusiasts, Steele Indian School Park and the Murphy Bridle Path provide beautiful spaces for a morning jog or leisurely walk under the trees. You're also just minutes from the Light Rail, making it easy to explore downtown Phoenix, Chase Field, Footprint Center, and Roosevelt Row’s bustling arts scene without needing a car.

    Getting Around:

    We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Scottsdale/PHX Valley area. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

    We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a $50 fee by purchasing damage waiver coverage.





    AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted to our team before check-in.



    NO SMOKING inside.



    Quiet Hours begin at 10:00 pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous to the neighbors during your stay.



    Dog Policy:

    -This house is dog-friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

    * Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

    -Please use the front gravel area near the main entrance of the community when taking your dog out. Also, please be sure to clean up after your pet and use poop bags at all times. The HOA actively enforces this rule and may issue fines for any pet waste that is not picked up.



    Type of Cooling for the Home

    Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area, if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees, it is possible that it can freeze up if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

    This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.



    Reminders About the Property

    -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

    -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

    -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning, unlike hotels, but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

The property was as advertised. The home is very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed there being very little traffic at the pool. It’s managed by a property management company and the communication was a bit last minute and rushed but we’d stay again and absolutely recommend.

I really loved the spiral staircase! The place was clean and had everything I needed when I got there. The location is superb. You're right in the middle of everything good I had Walmart dispensaries smoke shops, grocery stores Starbucks you name it all within a mile or two. This is a definite no-brainer. It was in a great location and should suit your needs.
