This Guest Suite has its own private exterior entrance, conveniently accessible from the front parking area. While it is attached to the main house, it is completely separated and self-contained, giving you the comfort and privacy of your own space throughout your stay.

You have a combined livingroom/bedroom with a separate full kitchenette and bathroom.

Livingroom/ Bedroom: There is a queen bed, twin sofa (that expands into a two person bed -full size), work desk, work chair on wheels, a single lounge chair, carpet, drawer, mirror closet, hangers, extra sheets, TV, night stands, coffee table, towels set (placed on bed).

Kitchenette: Microwave oven, fridge, oven top, toaster, kettle, Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods and creamer, washer/ dryer, Pots, pans, utensils, dishes, bowls, cups, kitchen towels, wine glasses, and duster/broom, vacuum (separates into a hand vacuum too).

Bathroom has a walking shower for ease of access.
It includes, vanity, medicine cabinet mirror, cabinet storage above toilet, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, extra towels.

**Please note that the bathroom and kitchen are located on a raised floor that is a single 5-inch step opening between the living/bedroom area and the kitchen/bathroom area.

** Please note that there is a second door located in the kitchen area that connects to the main house. This door has been permanently locked to ensure the unit remains private and separate. The door is not accessible to guests, and we kindly ask that you do not attempt to open or tamper with it.

** Please note that the door located in the living room/bedroom area near the mirrored closet contains the water heater and owner storage. This storage door is locked and is not part of the guest space. We kindly ask that you do not attempt to open or tamper with the door.

** Pet Policy: (check policy in full in house rules)
1. Dogs are welcome with prior approval.
2. Cats and ESAs (Emotional support animals) are not permitted. Cat's specifically due to the host’s allergies.

**There is a camera/light fixture above the door in the shaded parking area.

**Entrance: Guest Suite has a private entrance.

**Backyard: Please note that the BACKYARD is NOT accessible to guests. We have a very sweet and friendly dog who uses the backyard as her play area and frequently goes in and out through her doggy door throughout the day. To ensure she can continue to enjoy her space comfortably, the backyard is reserved for her use.

**Parking: Free street parking is available directly in front of the house. The front driveway is not available, as our two cars are usually parked there. To make parking easy and avoid any delays moving vehicles, we recommend using the free street parking in front of the house.

FYI: Owner is residing in the other side of house.

To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
It’s free, and only requires creating an account if you’re bringing a pet or animal. After booking, you’ll receive a link to complete the process. Thanks for your cooperation!

This will be our standard policy for any short stay or longer bookings.

***RULES:
1. No smoking.
2. No events, parties, or large gatherings.
3. Don’t leave trash or dog poop, pick up and dispose.
4. Please use the door mat and wipe off your shoes, then remove them before entering the home
5. Please report any damages from pets or leaks or any other Misc. that occur right away.
6. The bedroom water heater door is not accessible, owners storage closet.
7. A vacuum has been provided and placed next to the slim dining table in kitchen area for your convenience, please return in same location at checkout.
8. Washer/Dryer: for loading cloth please make sure you read instructions and do not over load more than it fits.
- Please do not overload the washer.
- The washer can fit up to 2 sets of sheets and pillowcases per load.
- Please wash comforters separately in their own cycle.
- Do not move the washer.
- Please follow the markings on top of the washer for where to add detergent and other products.
- We’ve provided a few complimentary detergent sheets. One sheet is enough for one wash.
9. Microwave Door Operation: The microwave door is equipped with an automatic open/close feature. Please use the "Open" and "Close" buttons located on the microwave control panel to operate the door.
Please do not manually pull or force the microwave door open or closed, as this may damage the automatic door mechanism.
10. Kitchen Trash Bin: If the kitchen trash bin becomes full, please remove the trash bag and dispose of it in the larger trash cans located across the street in the alley in front of the house.
*Please do not place regular trash in the blue recycling bin located in front of the garage door. The blue bin should only be used for recyclable items such as plastic bottles, glass containers, aluminum cans, and other approved recyclables.
11. For Blue Bin Recycble pickup, note pickup day is on Mondays after 7 AM. Make sure to place bin by curb early morning or the night before. Return trash bin to it’s location infront of garage house after pickup on Monday night.
12- Garage door is actually used as a storage for owner, please avoid tampering with the lock.
13- Guest are required to disclose the number and type of animals/pets before or during booking.

- Left alone at the listing without prior approval.
- Allowed into areas that the host has indicated are off-limits to the guest.
- Allowed in shared spaces (ex: spaces shared with people who are not in the guest’s traveling party) without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered (ex: inside of a restaurant, hallways in an apartment building, or a shared kitchen or backyard in private room listings).
