House layout was great with two master bedrooms on each floor. Pool/hot tub were fun along with the putting green in the back. We also had fun with the shuffle board. House was clean and in good condition.

Wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for our family. My husband and I stayed there with 4 adult children. The house has plenty of room to spread out and has every amenity you could want. We liked the indoor "shuffleboard" game and the couch was large enough for all of us. The pool was amazing and it got a lot of use. Due to the heat, we didn't use the fire pit, putting green, or outdoor seating but it was all very nice. The location of the house was convenient to plenty of stores and restaurants and had easy access to the highways. The next time we visit our son who lives in Phoenix, we will more than likely book this house again as it was great!!

Casa very Buena

We had a great week at Casa Buena. Everything we were looking for was there. Great space, indoors and out. Inside was very comfortable and accommodated us for both play and work. Outdoors was great for relaxing, cooking, and had hiking in close proximity which we took advatage of every day. Probably will stay again in the future

Beautiful home, great location, ok management

We had a great time staying at Casa Buena, and the home is gorgeous. Spacious, beautiful kitchen, plenty of space for our extended family of 7. Beds were super comfy, backyard putting green was awesome to have. Only negative about the stay was a few things that could have been easily managed by property managers that weren't. None of the outlets in the bathrooms worked, a few broken blinds that didn't allow for street facing rooms to have privacy, and a few other minor things that could have been sorted in a short visit by a handyman went unaddressed over the course of our stay. Texted managers about it on the first day, and several times over the course of our 5 days, and nothing ever happened. We were in town during Final Four, which I'm sure was busier than normal, but even clear communication about how they would be unable to get to it in time would have been preferable to an assurance that it would be handled, and then no follow through. All that being said, we would stay here again, as the location is a great jumping off point for many things around the Phoenix area, you're at the base of a beautiful mountain hike, and the price was reasonable. With a small amount of attention this would be a 5+ star place!

Great spot for friends and young boys!

Went for spring training with a few dads and sons and it was awesome. Only feedback is kitchen isn’t very well stocked but had some basics and we got takeout most days.

Beautiful home but issues with communication and certain amenities

While the house was absolutely beautiful and fit our large family perfectly, we wish the communication from owner/property manager was a little more fluid and responsive. We paid to have the hot tub heated however it was not upon arrival. And we consistently had to turn it back on. The waterfall feature didn’t work and after 2 calls (still unreturned), and 3 messages, we were informed that it shuts off on October 1st to keep the pool warmer. Which was fully understandable, until the maintenance man showed up early Monday morning to inform us that it in fact is not to due to a seasonal issue, but because it leaks heavily. While doing our check out, and making sure we had all of our stuff, we noticed a sentimental set of keys under a nightstand table (which we left on the counter incase a prior guest was looking for them) and a paper plate with fruit stems and popsicle wrappers. As well as a broken coffee pot on check in. Again, the house was beautiful and well kept, but for the large cleaning fee, I do wish we weren’t left picking up other people’s trash.

Wonderful property!

Wonderful property and location! Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well equipped with all the amenities we needed. The patio and pool we great, just as soon in the pictures. We didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit, but it looked nice. Location was a short walk away from Lookout Mountain and we were able to get in a morning hike. Would highly recommend this property!
