had issues with bedroom ceiling fan and family room fan not working… bedroom was replaced by end of trip who’s was appreciated.bedding had stains on sheets.. far room shower door did not have a seal on it so flop was soaked and rug soaked every time it was used…unique beautiful home… but a few things that will make us not stay again. thanks so much and happy new year.

Beautiful home in the desert. Quiet, clean, gorgeous. Just know it is not downtown, if that is what you are looking for, but if you are looking for a beautiful desert home this is it.

Perfect Property for a Boys Golf Vacation

Amazing group and individual space set up - great open space gathering areas, and private full bed / bath suites for personal space. Will absolutely be coming back to this rental for our next Scottsdale golf trip!

A Gem in Scottsdale

My sisters and I loved this house overall. We had a few issues with the pool but the separate bedrooms and the overall layout was perfect. The home is well appointed and we loved the location.

Issue with Vacasa not house

House is very nice and in a nice quiet area. It acts like a hotel in the sense that all bedrooms are separate from the kitchen and living room and can only be accessed by going outside. Wasn't really an issue for us and with adult groups could actually be ideal. One oddity is that the nicest bathroom with the only tub is in the kitchen/living room section. My complaints are with Vacasa. Storm blew through and knocked out use of the pool for various reasons early in our stay. Matter was not addressed despite numerous efforts with Vacasa. Not sure why they are taking the owners money as they clearly didn't seem concerned to deal with the issues. They did refund me a small amount after I had to contact them a number of times. Cool house, not so cool management.

Spring break Golf

We had an absolutely fantastic stay ! The home was not only beautiful but also exceptionally well-appointed. It had everything we could possibly need to make our vacation enjoyable and stress-free. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, which made us feel right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Contemporary, Clean, Convenient

A very nice, new home with a great location. Plenty of space to be together, or just be on your own with the bedrooms each opening to the outdoor patio & pool deck. That was a bit inconvenient for the cold nights we were there, but also good if you want your own space! We would rent again if our travels take us back to Scottsdale.

Great property!

My family vacationed here over the Thanksgiving week. We loved the three suite bedrooms and how they were separate from the living area. House was very clean and well taken care of. Only thing they needed was more wine glasses.

Beautiful Property: Difficult Company

This property is absolutely beautiful and was exactly what I thought it would be. However, the management company Vacasa would not allow an early checkin even though the mustiness of the house as we walked in was a sign that the cleaning had not been done that day and we could have gone in earlier. We were given the wrong code and our checkin was delayed 90 minutes. The cost and caliber of this property warrants a more accommodation. The day we left, there was a car in the driveway making sure we left on time. I would not rent from this company again.

Beautiful home

This place was clean and new and beautiful! Our only issue was with having to go outside to get to the bedrooms. They each had a lock with a 6 digit code. It was not convenient to say the least. And cold! But the location was perfect and we loved the kitchen.

We very disappointed with a landscaping crew showing up multiple days, at 7:00am. They were moving large piles of rocks that were located behind behind all the bedroom walls and laying them out around the yard. Not something you want happening on vacation.

Great, but……

Property was beautiful. A bit off the beaten path. Problem was with the water heater which intermittently provided cold showers— unclear reason. Also a funky smell in the front part of the home. Reached out to property manager in both items and was told someone would be out, but no further contact. For this price I would expect better service. Also, expected pool to be heated this time of year.

Perfect

This place was just what we wanted. Lots of space, minimal clutter, privacy. The three bedrooms are identical and spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped. Expensive and inexpensive golf, hiking and even pickle ball all nearby.

Beautiful Home!

We stayed in this home for a spring golf trip and it was perfect for our needs. Everything looks brand new and the location was convenient to golf and the 101. The pool was very refreshing after a day on the course and there was plenty of room to hang out on the couch and relax in front of the TV. Would definitely stay again.

Great house!

This house was perfect! The kitchen was very well appointed. It was very nice that shampoo, conditioner and soap was provided in the bathrooms and kitchen. There was plenty of towels as well as utensils and plates. The house was very clean and it was really nice that each room was separate from each other and the other side of the house. We really enjoyed our stay and the property management company responded very quickly with any questions. One thing to note is that it was a bit of a drive from most of the places we went in Scottsdale. However, we enjoyed the quite and peacefulness of the location. We would stay again.
