Bad Stay

When we try to get in the first night the lock and code pad was broken so we need to use key the lock was broken no one ever came to fix door for the whole time we were there and we called everyday. I don’t recommend this condo to rent to anyone just horrible

Beware of False Promises

The unite was good but the Dirty/Stained carpets in both bedrooms ruined the stay/The followup to my reporting of concerns were ignored The spa (steam and sauna were not working (no workers were visible Fireplace is non working fireplace? Toilets leak Run periodically The follow-up I got from Vacasa was to pay xtra for later checkout and to give a good rating so house keeping got a bonus I feel bad for the owner(lot of potential

Amazing location!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in warm and sunny Arizona. The location was great as it was very close to family nearby and within walking distance to a wonderful grocery store and drug stores, etc. The pool and workout facilities were an added bonus. Thanks!

Convenient, stylish unit

We have stayed in this unit before and plan to again in the future. There are dishes, silverware, etc., but if you are needing a piece of paper or pen, bring your own. :) We love the location of this unit to the parking lot and pool. The unit was clean, but the high traffic areas of carpet could use a needed steam clean. That is the only reason I didn't give the unit a five-star rating for cleanliness. All in all, the unit is five-star.

Great condo and location, poor communication for check in.

Great overall clean place and location but the communication around check in requirements was awful. Vacasa didn’t release the check in code and info and thus was on the phone with their support line for an hr. They require their own separate info beyond VRBO, very strange. It is not a seamless process at all.

Great condo and location.

We stayed here to visit our son who lives in Scottsdale. It was a wonderful location. Walking distance to a great market. The place was well appointed, clean and updated. We will be back!

Perfect location

Absolutely loved this place!!! Location was perfect and within walking distance to a few places to get food. Pool was perfect and the people that live at the complex were friendly. 2nd floor was great- allowed for privacy while sitting outside. It had everything we needed for our 3 week stay. Highly recommend!!

We loved the condo

The condo was perfectly located. Close to grocery stores and coffee shops, hiking trails and bike trails. The condo was clean except for the bedroom carpets. Called Vrbo and they had a cleaning company come in and steam clean the carpets the day after I called. Vrbo was very attentive and that was very much appreciated.

The property was fine but I felt there was not enough information to find the unit. It took 45 minutes in the dark and a call to customer service to find out the unit was in building 8. It would have been very helpful to know this from the introductory email as would a diagram of the complex indicating the location of the unit.

Unresponsive owner.

The place is very nice and was clean. Beds were firm and overall attractive setup. I reported a small issue about a broken and unconnected bedside lamp to which I only received an acknowledgment but nothing was done! The kitchen was lacking some cooking equipment which I have usually found at other places. The grounds and pool area are very nice.

Will stay here again

We were in Scottsdale visiting family a mile away. We chose this condo because it looked nice and clean and had a hot tub and heated pool. The unit and pool did not disappoint...and sometimes my kiddos are tough critics. :)

Clean Beautiful confo

Easy process, and spotless when we arrived. Condo had great starter goods and is situated next to AJs and Safeway for all you need. Property was very nice and quiet. Residents we met at pool were all very friendly. Would definitely stay here again! Pics are exactly as condo is.

Positives: comfy master bed; good location; clean except dishes; grocery/Walgreens within walking distance; nice laundry facilities. Negatives: killer steps to entry; loud A/C; bad bed pillows; only 2 cloth hand towels; carpets dirty; patio small & low chairs & noisy due to trucks unloading at Walgreens.
