The host/mgmt went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in their property. The house is very well appointed and the kitchen has everything needed to cook any type of meal. The outdoor kitchen and patio area was also very relaxing. The overall space is very clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. We were able to enjoy the pool every day even without having it heated. Great location and close to any activity the Valley has to offer.

We had such a relaxing weekend here. The house was very clean, with nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard was the highlight — super comfortable, perfect for games, hanging out, and relaxing while watching TV outside. It was exactly what we needed for a low-key, enjoyable getaway. Would definitely stay again!

Interior is great! Exterior needs attention - pool has scum build up at water line tile, waterfall tile needs de calcification, lounge chairs are weathered, other minor items need attention…overall attention to detail is needed. Don’t like that the house is so close to a busy street BUT the house is fairly well insulated so you don’t hear the cars from inside. The water fall insulates the car noise.

Excellent property. We were here in July so very hot weather and the pool and outdoor area were fantastic. My family is hoping to return in the spring or fall to fully get to utilize and appreciate the amazing backyard and great proximity to hiking trails. The house was very clean and super comfortable and the kitchen was wonderfully well stocked. This is definitely a 10/10 property.

Quick get away

We went to visit my daughter who is attending grad school in Phoenix. We stayed at this location which was perfect for our family. The outdoor kitchen and pool provided a great space for us to be together. The location was exceptional as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for a Phoenix get-away

Enjoyed this property for a long weekend in Phoenix. The house and pool are just as shown and were perfect for us. We loved the backyard - pool, cornhole, outside seating, fun views of the nearby mountains. Lots of birds and small critters that were fun to observe too. The location made it easy to get to several locations on our list. The property management company stayed in contact and answered a couple of questions that came up. Our family would recommend this property and would stay again if we are in Phoenix.

Okay but not great

The property was generally fine and has potential, but it’s in need of some maintenance and attention to detail. While the house appears to have been recently remodeled, the quality of workmanship falls short. For example, the flooring doesn't seem to be properly installed, the master bathroom shower door opens awkwardly into the toilet, and drainage is slow.There are also several functional issues that impacted our stay. The washer and dryer doors are positioned in a way that makes it difficult to transfer laundry. The outdoor area is especially worn—lounge chairs are broken and can't be adjusted, the outdoor couch is heavily stained, and the pebble-finish patio is delaminating, making it uncomfortable to walk on barefoot.The location is nice overall, but it's situated just off a busy street. Be aware that traffic moves quickly, so extra caution is needed when entering or exiting the property.One thing to note—while the listing mentions a “heated” pool, that only applies if you specifically request it and pay an extra (and rather steep) fee. That was my oversight in not reading the fine print, but it’s something future guests may want to be aware of.With some repairs and upgrades, this could be a great rental, but in its current condition, it doesn’t quite meet expectations as listed

Spring break getaway

We stayed at this great property for 4 nights as a spring break getaway. The location was great to all sorts of great restaurants and shopping. You were able to walk to the Piestewa Peak trailhead, which was great and a beautiful hike! The pool and backyard were so great and even though the weather was on the cooler side, it was perfect to lounge and sun along with our dogs that joined us. We cooked a great dinner the first night on the patio and enjoyed watching the late night hikers move up and down by the glow of their headlamps. It is right on a major road so a little noisy but not horrible. Overall great experience!

Great home base for a first trip to Phoenix

My friend and I had plans to vacation in LA in mid-January, but had to pivot due to the wildfires. We had never been to Phoenix, but had a local friend suggest we stay near Piestewa Peak. We loved the views and the quiet neighborhood! The house itself was very nice-- clean, comfortable, and a short drive from everything we wanted to do in Phoenix and the surrounding area. Communication with the management company was easy, professional, and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location & very nice home

We had a great stay. Communication with property managment was easy, fast and clear. Home was exactly as it looked in pics. Loved the outdoor area. Probably could have used a few more silverware settings and coffee cups but otherwise it had everything we needed. The location was perfectly central to all that we were there for and also being by the hiking trails was awesome. Gorgeous sunsets too. Loved being able to use washer/dryer. All around fantastic stay.

Poolside Lounging

House has a great layout. Beds comfortable and house was clean. We enjoyed the pool and relaxed on pool chairs in the water under shade of the pool umbrellas during the 100+ heatwave. Our son’s dog loved the yard and swimming.
