The host is very communicative and helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable - the house was very clean and well appointed. Everything we needed was there. Great location for a lot of activities like Spring Training games, hikes and dining out. Bedding was super comfortable. And you won't believe the master shower! We really enjoyed playing the PacMan game and pool right in the living room. The back yard is great - plenty of seating and a really nice grill. The pool was chilly at first but very refreshing. Overall, a great place to stay.

We stayed at this home a full month - a little snowbirding. Beautiful home, comfortable bed, gorgeous pool (though too cold to swim, great to sit by on a sunny day). Host is a great communicator, easy check in. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Property

This is an outstanding property with an outstanding host. The owner of the property was gracious in every sense of the word. We had a situation as to where the coffee maker was not working so I called the host (Elmer) and made him aware, that I would not be able to go without my morning coffee. He told me not to worry and that he would get me one right away, so I thought to myself that it would take at least 4-5 days to get it and I was very surprised when it showed up the next morning. The communication this host provides is top notch as any questions or concerns you have ae answered right away and his goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied. The property itself is exactly like what you see in the photos and I look forward to renting this again sometime in the future. Last of all I would recommend you asking Elmer to turn on the fountain on the pool at night and seeing what a nice feature the pool has. I just wish I could have been there with warmer weather so I could really enjoy the pool to it furthest. I did however take a Polar Plunge!! Thank you Elmer for a Wonderful Experience and I now have the high score on Ms. Packman!!!

Spotless Stay with a Gorgeous Pool and Comfy Bed!

Wonderful stay! The property was spotless, the owner was very responsive, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the beautiful new pool was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend!

Great Location

Rented for family coming in from out of state for wedding. Close proximity to wedding venue, shopping and freeway access. Neighborhood was quiet, clean and safe. House was fantastic; open concept, bright and clean. Messaged owner with questions prior to rental who responded very quickly.

Wonderful home!

Home was exactly as pictured! Kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you’d need. Plenty of natural light gives the place a really cheery vibe. Loved the living area with pool table and big TV. The master bedroom and bathroom are very nice - the shower is amazing! The host was very friendly and it was evident that they really cared that me and my wife had a great stay. The house also is in a great neighborhood which I think is not something to be overlooked. Perfect house for our time in Arizona!

Fabulous Experience

Starting with a great check-in and communication process, this was a fabulous experience staying at this home. Website pictures and description were very accurate but the home was even nicer than shown. Not only was everything new and modernly updated...but the cleanliness was exceptional! Living area was wide open bu cozy. Entertainment with pool table, Pac Man game, ping pong board games and beautiful outdoor sitting area to enjoy the cool mornings! The landscaping was manicured, the front entry was inviting and secure. The neighborhood was safe and convenient. The host was amazing with his kindness and responsiveness! We will be back...can't imagine staying anywhere else upon our next travels to Mesa/Gilbert area!

Fantastic Property

A beautiful, spacious, clean, and modern home in a quiet, safe neighborhood, conveniently located near spring training baseball venues, hiking trails, restaurants, etc. Description of home is accurate. Plenty of room for our group of 4 adults, with room to spare. Really enjoyed the patio and the arcade game. Communication with owner was exceptional. He immediately responded to my texts and calls when I had a question about the property. Friendly, helpful, great person to work with. Would stay here again when in the Phoenix area!

A true gem

From the moment we walked in, we knew we found a real gem. This house, in a quiet family neighborhood had a modern keyless entry and the grounds were nicely landscaped. The spacious common areas were smartly decorated and were open, bright and welcoming. The house was sparkling clean and the kitchen was well stocked.We loved the patio area with a gas grill, ping pong table and bags game. The beds were very comfortable and the master bath has a real wow factor. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this wonderful property.

Very nice home

Perfect for the size of our family (2 adults and 4 kids). Bedrooms were comfortable, the living area was large, the kitchen was well appointed (although adding a cheese grater would be helpful), and communication with the host was great. The kids lived the PAC Man arcade game. There isn't anything in the back "yard" (mostly dirt) for kids to play on, but there is a city park with playground equipment about a 10 minute walk to the west. We would definitely start there again.

Beautiful Property

House is exactly as described, even better then the pictures. Location is great. House is beautifully updated, very clean, stylish, well stocked. Neighborhood is very quiet, safe and peaceful. Communication was quick all issues were resolved very quickly. Perfect property for a get away for a couple or family.

Great place

There were only 3 of us but the house is large and can accommodate more. Owner-manager was very helpful. House is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The Air conditioner definitely keeps the house comfortable.
