Excellent location and fully stocked kitchen

We stayed in this condo for over two months and really enjoyed our time here. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The balconies were lovely, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Although the pools were on the smaller side, they were never busy—we often had them to ourselves. The location is excellent: right off the 101 for easy access anywhere, close to hiking trails, and Horizon Park is just across the street. Eva was responsive and very helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even better. Highly recommend!

A Wonderful Condo

It’s not often you stay at a rental where you truly feel at home while you’re there. We’ve just spent 2 wonderful months at Eva’s condo and the unit met all our expectations. It was large, clean, nicely decorated, very well maintained and was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location was safe and perfect for its proximity to many grocery stores, restaurants, health services, hiking trails and cycling. Eva was exceptionally responsive to any questions we had and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Eva, for sharing your lovely home with us!

Wonderful Staycation

The condos at Villages North in Scottsdale are perfectly situated to easily access everything that spells so much fun when visiting this area. And it doesn’t get any better than feeling completely at home when you are away from home. Thank you Eva and John for providing absolutely everything needed in your beautiful vacation property, it made our stay a fabulous experience!

Great condo in a great location

My stay of more than a month was terrific. Eva is a gracious and frriendly host who has a lovely, very spacious condo and pays attention to the details, any time I thought of something I needed and looked for it, it was there. The location is excellent, convenient, and the property is attractive and quiet, even though it's near a busy corner. I felt safe and comfortable, and would stay again. Thanks to Eva for sharing her lovely home. .

Great condo with great location

We loved our stay at Eva's place. The condo is beautiful , clean and full of everything we needed. Eva was easy to communicate with. The location is great...grocery , drugstores, boutiques and restaurants all within a short walk. Highly recommend!

We will be back.

We were fortunate to find this gem of a condo. The owner was responsive in answering my questions and provided a clear and concise email describing the check in and check out process. Well stocked with kitchen utensils and the beds were very comfie. The size is perfect....and the two balconies were very nice for coffee in the morning and drinks in the afternoon. The property grounds are well maintained and the pools were as well. My husband and I stayed for 4 weeks; the location is perfect. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, etc. Very quiet too. I highly recommend a stay here. Can't wait to return!

This one's a gem

What a wonderful stay. As a fellow host, details are really important to me. Eva's unit was exceptionally clean and quiet. Her kitchen appointments were better than most homes we've rented. Internet was fast and reliable and she had actual cable channels -- somewhat a rarity with so many rentals offering streaming-only services. Highly recommend.

Great Place

Nice condo, very spacious and well cared for. Close to AJ’s, other good local restaurants & shopping. Kitchen has everything you need to stay home & cook. Easy to be away for a month without feeling like life was totally interrupted Super friendly and welcoming neighbors. Property managers were available to attend to issue same-day. Overall it was a very nice longer term rental.

Wonderful condo especially for a long term stay

The location of this condo is perfect for whatever brings you to Scottsdale. Barrett Jackson is a walk away! ( arabian horse show also) . Close to the waste mgmt golf also. You can walk to restaurants and stores with the condos are in a very residential setting. The condo was perfectly set up for a long term stay ( 3 months ) . They thought of everything you could possibly need. I did a lot of cooking and baking while there . I did use the pool / hot tub., great set up . We also used the grills. Everyone we did come into contact with was nice . It is a very quiet development overall. The condo was exactly as pictured- very updated and super clean. We loved that it was on the second floor - we never heard the people downstairs . Thank you Eva ! We really appreciated being able to rent this condo . Donna and Mark

Just Gorgeous and Well Located

My wife and I stayed in this condo for couple of months ... It is in an excellent location close to all kinds of services, restaurants, shopping centers, etc. The condo is also in excellent condition, well furnished, super clean, and just gorgeous with complete kitchen appliances!! The owner, Eva, is very quick to respond and resolve any questions and issues one may have... I will go back to that condo anytime...

Spacious, Well-equipped and Comfortable — a perfect “home away from home” !

We highly recommend this property! This spacious unit is in a quiet, conveniently-located, nicely-maintained complex with a heated pool that is kept very clean. Furnishings are tasteful and up-to-date, and the beds are very comfortable. (Love those big pillows in the master bedroom!). We did a lot of cooking at the condo and found the kitchen to be VERY well equipped, with lots of dishes, utensils, and cookware, and a new high-efficiency washer & dryer. Sitting out on the deck in late afternoon was delightful, with seating in both sun and shade. For catching up with the rest of the world, wifi and TV cable service were very reliable. And last but not least, it was really a pleasure working with Eva, the unit owner, who is very professional, helpful, and prompt in returning emails. The local property managers are friendly and very responsive as well. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation and we definitely hope to return. Thank you so much, Eva!
