The host, Mary, was great, she was welcoming and helpful answering any questions we had. The condo is very nice with comfortable beds, a well-appointed kitchen, and everything we needed for a convenient stay. The condo has a screen porch overlooking the lake. There is a wide sidewalk that you can walk around the lake. The condo is centrally located just off I-17, which connects to the 101, 202, 303, I-10, and highway 60. We had a great stay, no problems, no surprises.

Very nice condo with just the right amount of space. We especially enjoyed the views of the lake from the large patio. The walk around the lake became a daily thing. We enjoyed the ducks and geese and turtles as well. The heated pool and spa were a plus to enjoy, as well as the pickleball court. The central location made it easy to get around. I loved that restaurants and grocery stores were very close and easy to reach. Everything was clean with comfortable furnishings. We would definetely consider staying again as our stay was very positive.

The place is immaculate and extremely well-stocked, and the location of this unit is ideal! It's directly across from the pool/jacuzzi/tennis courts & right next to the entrance to the lake. As a corner unit you get a gorgeous view of the lake & the creek feeding into it, with ducks, geese, hummingbirds & wildlife right outside. Our hosts were so helpful, & went out of their way to make sure we were cared for. There was a slight issue with the water - not their fault at all, the entire building was shut down for some maintenance for part of a day. They came over to make sure we were OK and offered to put us up in a hotel until it was fixed and even refund the nights we weren't able to stay there. We chose to stay and wait it out, and it turned out just fine with it getting fixed in just a few hours. But knowing they were willing to go to those lengths to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable made all the difference.We've stayed in another unit in the complex (further down toward the other end of the lake). While the footprint of the condo was the same, this one was so much nicer if for no other reason than the location, but also it had more amenities within the unit itself provided by the owners. The kitchen has all you need to cook anything, there are plenty of towels for both the bath and the pool, and everything you could think of was provided. We hope to stay there again when we visit Phoenix and our family there in the future. Lovely stay!

I have stayed here for 3 years in a row now not only because it is close to my relatives home but because the community is a very quiet, clean and centrally located to shopping and restaurants. The interior of the condo has been beautifully updated and well furnished. It has always been very easy to book and communication with the owner has always been very timely and professional. I plan to continue to book this condo when I visit Arizona in the future

Clean and spacious enough for the three groups of us to all have our own rooms. Master opens to large deck that is also accessed from the living area. Everything you need in the kitchen There are a variety of restaurants and nightlife nearby.

Fantastic

This property was very beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. It was close to our daughters college for moving her out for the summer and all communication was very easy with the owner. The pool was close to the unit and the lake view was gorgeous and peaceful. Super clean and comfortable! Would stay here again.

The condo was great. Many special amenities were available. Very clean and overlooks the lake. Plenty of room for two couples. We were able to enjoy walking around the lake and watching the wildlife. Owners were very helpful in returning what we left bring. Would go back

Well stocked VRBO

This was a great condo for a three week vacation. It was one of the best stocked VRBO's we have ever stayed in. Along with complete kitchen utensils there was a full spice rack (saving buying spices for a few weeks stay), sufficient garbage bags and condiments (ketchup, mustard, etc.) along with coffee and starting supply of toilet paper, etc. There were tennis rackets and balls (although my tennis days are past) and pool supplies.The beds were very comfortable and the patio overlooking the small lake was very relaxing.The keyless entry was great and had no problems finding the unit although the somewhat random numbering of parking spots caused some confusion until you locate your parking spot.The pictures on the listing are accurate. I would recommend this VRBO if you wish to visit the Phoenix area.

Best getaway!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and we plan to make it an annual visit. It has great freeway access, is close to shopping and best of all is just minutes from my family’s home!😊. The community is beautiful, quiet and very peaceful. The condo has been remodeled with top notch finishes and has everything you could possibly need!

Beautiful location on the lake with mama and baby ducks

We very much enjoyed the property. The neighborhood wasn't terrible but there were some homeless nearby. We would have very much preferred the deck to not be screened as the views and animals were extremely enjoyable to watch.
