We loved sitting on the deck near the water! Comfy mattresses are our number one requirement and these did not disappoint. We had a longer stay and appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed. Great area for walking too!

Excellent location in a quiet area. Everything close, shopping, restaurants, golf and Good shopping. Owner was quick to look after a few small issues completely to our satisfaction.

We were there during a very frosty January!

Pretty much okay. Issues with heating (cold January--downstairs was cold). the skull decor was off-putting and if anyone is odor sensitive, the scents in the plugins were removed during our time. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cutlery--something we have had issues with at other accommodations. Location is good.

Great location! Very pretty views when looking out to the left. Well appointed. Comfortable beds. Kitchen table and chairs are very small. Owner offered to remove the fridge from garage so we could park in it but there still wouldn't have been enough room to park our car in the garage as owners car was parked in the garage. Owners did a very nice job in refurbishing their condo.

Lovely property, fantastic outdoor space on the deck.

Property was just as in the pictures. Very clean. Everything you would need for your stay was included. Absolutely loved the outdoor deck area, so relaxing. Looking forward to staying even longer next time.

Lakefront feel in the middle of Phoenix

My family had a great time on vacation in Gilbert and area, and this place was an incredible home base. Beautiful to be able to sit by the water for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Property well stocked and so comfortable. Hope to stay again, thank you!

On The Water In Arizona

Marvelous, simply marvelous, my family had a wonderful experience at this 2 bedroom 2 ½ bathroom condo on the water in Gilbert. Exceptionally clean and well maintained it was the perfect home away from home. Excellent communication with the owners. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to a repeat stay.

Award Winning Deck

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Caven & Nettie's place. The large deck is amazing & resort like. Their home is elegantly & tastefully decorated. The upgraded kitchen is functionally well designed & beautiful, so nice to work in. Everything was well stocked from paper towels to kleenex etc. There is a recycle bin just a block down from the townhome. The Islands neighborhood is beautifully landscaped & very well maintained. We felt safe there and it was quiet. We met many friendly neighbors from other states & several groups from Alberta. Caven was always attentive to our questions. This property is a gem.

Great place.

This is a true gem of a property. Having this much water in the desert is a real treat. Their were lots of ducks paddling by just off the deck, and I saw a great blue heron one day. It is a very quiet and relaxing place.

Beautiful, relaxing lakeside townhome

We loved our stay. This home has everything you need with very cute décor and beautiful remodeling as well. The back deck amazing, so peaceful with ducks and coots swimming by and the occasional neighbor on their boat. I highly recommend this for a relaxing stay in the East Valley.

Ideal Vacation Rental

This condo meets or exceeds all expectations. It is clean, beautiful, comfortable and just a fun place to stay. The triple layered deck down to the lake and the beautiful neighborhood lights from homes along the water make you feel as if you’re in a fancy island resort. Even with the weather above 100 degrees during the day, we could sit on the deck at night in complete comfort…it was so relaxing. The home is close to shopping and restaurants. The owners were incredible to work with, and, it’s so obvious they are committed to providing a wonderful stay for their guests. We weren’t there for a vacation, but felt in a way that it was, because we enjoyed the condo so much. Larry and Pegi

So peaceful!

Oh my goodness from start to finish our stay in Gilbert was amazing. Caven was available for every question that we had, and answered with such kindness. My times on their beautiful balcony on the water in the mornings were so peaceful, I love my little family of ducks that I saw in the morning along with all the different sounds of the birds. And our times on the deck in the evenings were so beautiful. We even played cards under the umbrella which has lights built into it.Really comfortable beds! We will be coming back to this property

Hidden Gem Lakeside

This is our fourth visit at this beautiful property! The owners and neighbors are lovely and make it feel like a second home. Early mornings and late evenings by the water are our favorite times of the day. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. Communication with the hosts is easy and timely and they go above and beyond to accommodate. Our next won't come soon enough!
