Host was most accommodating. Home is lovely; well maintained and stocked with needed items. Inviting back yard although it was too cool to really enjoy while we were there. Well located with easy access to restaurants and stores. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great home location & amenities!

I am so grateful this home was available for my long stay! Not only was it in great condition and as-described, but the house was clean, tidy, and well stocked with blankets, toiletries, and kitchen supplies. The backyard was also great for my dog. Thank you!

Nice, clean home.

Home was nice and clean in a great neighborhood. The backyard and pool were disappointing, which was a primary reason we picked this house. It was obvious the outdoor furniture had not been cleaned in a long time as everything was covered with dust and leaves. The listing picture of the backyard look great, but the actual spaces leaves a lot to be desired. If the backyard had looked the way it did in the photos, we would have given a 5 star review.

My wife and I make our annual trip to this area in March to go to spring training baseball games. This is our third stay at this house and once again everything was perfect. The hosts make sure that the house is clean and comfortable.

Beautiful and comfy home

House was exactly as listed. Perfect property for a friends or family getaway. Home is well maintained, extremely clean and well stocked. Hosts were extremely attentive and responsive. Definitely on my top choices for Arizona travels in the future.

Very quaint and clean home!

First of all, Derick and Tracy provided excellent communication which I greatly appreciated. Location was very nice and only 3 miles from our family. The master suite was very nice, large. Beautiful bathroom. All bedrooms are upstairs which is generally ok, we just had one in our party unable to easily navigate stairs but we knew that going in. We appreciated the extra blankets available. Laundry was a nice perk. Lots of goodies in the kitchen for our use. Overall, very pleased with our stay!!!

Excellent House

This is our second rental of this house and like last year, everything was perfect. The hosts are outstanding and made the checkin process easy. The house is very nice and the hosts thought of everything to make our visit very comfortable. The backyard is perfect for morning coffee and swim and barbecue after spending the day at a spring training baseball game.

Great place for a family!

This is a great house for a family with littles. The pool provides fun while the baby is napping so you still feel like you’re on vacation. The pool is small and doesn’t have a cover, so also watch them close. Pool toys are in the garage locked in a cupboard. Information that would have been good to know: no parking in the garage, very tight street parking, blender doesn’t work, ice maker doesn’t work. Bought ice at the grocery store. Everything else was great! Home is well thought out and beds and pillows are really comfortable! The outdoor living space is great as well! We barbecued and ate dinner outside one night. Perfect time of year for that! I would stay here again.

Outstanding House To Rebt

My wife and I made our annual March trip to the Mesa area to visit our friends and go to spring training baseball games and we stayed at this house for six days. The house is very nice, as advertised and in a nice neighborhood. The hosts were outstanding. We will definitely return next year.

High quality vacation home

Well furnished home with extremely comfortable beds, new and very large washer and dryer. Outside cooking and dining area, adjacent to pool was wonderfully relaxing for meals. Many areas inside home for time together, as well as those quiet moments to curl up with a good book away from your group. Peaceful neighborhood convenient to all our vacation adventures.

Beautiful Retreat - Exactly what we needed

This house was exactly like we were looking for! It was perfect for our group of coworkers on a team building retreat. Was more than large enough for 4 people. It can fit a very large family or two smaller ones very comfortably. The back yard is a total oasis, wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more thoroughly. So close to shopping and everywhere we needed to get to & check out-including Handel's Ice Cream which is a must visit! This is one of my favorite places we have stayed in over the years. Would definitely stay here again with my co-workers or my family:)
