Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The views were magnificent, as was the outdoor area. Soaps, detergents, kitchen supplies, pool towels, floats, etc., were all included. Our host was kind, informative, responsive, and prompt with any questions. We were close to town, the fountain, supermarkets, and restaurants. We had an absolutely wonderful time in this rental and hope to return again.

This is one of the most beautiful spots in Fountain Hills, the views are amazing, the beds were so comfortable and Sheree and Todd were great hosts. I highly recommend this property, you won’t be disappointed!

Hostess was very good with communication - efficient and timely with pre-trip details and check in process. The listing was exactly as described, and pictures don’t do justice to the beauty once you’re there! Our family loved the heated infinity pool and spa tub - perfect way to relax.

This property is wonderful. Has everything you could need to cook with and a perfect outdoor pool/lounging area. Comfy beds, nice big tv, great view with sunsets. One of the best places we’ve stayed at in Fountain Hills. Hosts are welcoming and responsive.

This home is one of our top locations ever. Very clean and they thought of everything. The kitchen was well stocked with not only the basics but so much more. The neighborhood is quiet and the backyard a true oasis. We will definitely be back. Great communication from the hosts as well. You will not be sorry at all to stay here.

We stayed here with our family of 4 and it was amazing! The house was clean and stocked with anything you may need. The neighborhood was so quiet and beautiful. The hosts were so responsive and helpful. The pool area and the views there were unmatched. What a wonderful space to relax in and create memories!! We would love to go back!

Sisters weekend and Mothers Day

Home was beautiful. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Beautiful pool and outdoor area. We spent a ton of time outside. Pool and fire pit were perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked most meals there. Owners answered any question before and during visit very quickly. Beds comfortable and balconies from all rooms. Lots to do locally. Neighborhood was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. It’s clean, the outdoor space with pool and hot tub were amazing. The bed in the master was so comfortable . The kitchen was stocked very nicely. The hosts responses were immediate, which was appreciated.

Simply perfect!

We really enjoyed the fantastic views of the surrounding rock formations, Fountain Hills fountain, and well appointed landscape. There are great views inside and out and the home was well appointed with everything needed to make our stay comfy and enjoyable. Kitchen was well stocked with the little extras that made us feel welcome. Fountain Hills is a very nice community with everything we needed that is close enough to access Phoenix and Scottsdale but far enough away to get out of the city and feel more relaxed. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay

My family stayed here (myself, my wife and two adult children) and it was top notch. This is a beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone. It's very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed (we loved the K-cup coffee machine). I can't say enough about the pool, spa and patio area! The view is breathtaking, and we enjoyed just relaxing enjoying that view. We saw a few coyotes down in the wash and it was pretty neat to see them and hear them howling. We loved grilling out there too for an easy meal while enjoying the pool. The location is great, because you're only a few blocks from the grocery store, 10 minutes from multiple trailheads and golf courses, and 30 minutes to some of the bigger attractions. The homeowners provided many extras like plenty of pool towels, shampoos, etc., and they were very responsive and helpful with our questions. Thank you Sheree and Todd! We will return!

Family weekend getaway

The hostess was incredibly friendly and checked in on us frequently. The property was immaculate with the most beautiful backyard setting. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the views! Would definitely recommend.
