This is a beautiful home in Cave Creek. The home is well organized and you won’t want for anything. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has anything you would need, they have a drip & a Keurig. The pool is a wonderful size. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by. The owner is wonderful to work with. We will definitely use them again.

Our family stay was for two weeks and the amenities met the needs of all! The four bedrooms were very comfortable and clean as were the three bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and designed making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to eat at home. The pool is large in a private setting. We encountered a couple of problems at the start with the pool, but Peter responded very quickly to resolve the problems.

Great but WITH CAVEATS: The house was great the owner was nice BUT we did not find out until 3 days before the trip (when we got rental agreement) and well after the cancellation deadline that parking was not allowed on the street. That is the kind of thing people should know about especially for house that can accommodate 8 guests. We had to park 3rd car down the street at shopping center. Not convenient or safe. The description says 2 cars in the driveway but does not say no parking in street. Tip to all owners: If you are going to require a rental agreement, you should have a generic copy w/o sensitive info available in your listing.

Beautiful Home and Great Location

Whether it is relaxing on the patio, walking in the area, hiking on trails, or enjoying downtown Cave Creek, everything is close. Our exceptional hosts did everything to make our stay here memorable!

Excellent Cave Creek Winter Escape

Peter and Angelina's home in a gated and very quiet Cave Creek community was exactly as advertised. The home is very spacious, well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials. The pool area was great for relaxing after a day of exploring/hiking in the Cave Creek and Carefree areas. This is our third year staying in the Cave Creek area and we love everything that this location has to offer. Peter was the best host that we have experienced booking through Vrbo. He was truly concerned that every aspect of our stay met our expectations, and checked in with us periodically to make sure we were comfortable. When we did have a question he responded immediately. We had an excellent stay and highly recommended their property.

A host with the most!

My husband and brother-in-law and I had a very nice stay at Peter's place. We were in town for a surgery my husband was having at Mayo Clinic. As a result we needed a few special accommodations and Peter was very willing to work with us and eager to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I don't think anyone could ask for a more accommodating host. As for the home itself, it was spotlessly clean and quite comfortable. The house is a little more automated than I would prefer but that is just my preference. The doors lock automatically, room temperature resets itself and most things can be controlled remotely by the homeowners. Once we got used to it, it was fine. We really appreciated the place and it is amazing for the price. Would encourage anyone to give it a try.

Nice big Cave Creek home

We spent the winter in the home and loved it. It’s in a nice gated community in Cave Creek just off of Care Free Highway. We love the area and the home was very comfortable. We highly recommend this place and will try to get it again if we come back to Cave Creek.

Beautiful vacation rental

We enjoyed a month at this lovely vacation rental and had a wonderful time. The home is clean and spacious and the backyard pool area feels like paradise! Peter is a gracious and attentive host, and he is very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again! Great neighborhood!

Cave Creek Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Peter was extremely easy to communicate with and responsive throughout our time at the property, handling any questions we had very quickly. It's a nice spacious home in a quiet neighborhood of Cave Creek with easy, secure access. Nice sunny pool area for lounging too. Would highly recommend staying here.

Work, School & Stay at home with Benefits!

A perfect house for us especially leaving the rain in the NW and wanting to stay safe during rise of Covid. We were able to work and do schooling with teenager while swimming and barbecuing daily in a great backyard oasis. Weather was perfect, mostly in the 70-80's. Market was walking distance for groceries, and some great take out options close-by as well. Meat market in Carefree was excellent as well as Jalapeño Inferno and El Encanto. We did some scenic drives but mostly stayed in and enjoyed the heated pool and home. Plan to return again in 2021.

Peter and Angelina were great hosts. Great home to Rent.

The house is as shown on VRBO. It was very clean and well kept. Highly recommend paying extra to heat the pool if you are going to use it during March or April. It was fabulous. Our trip was cut a week short due to the Corona Virus, which shut down Spring Training. Peter was very understanding and accommodating, giving us a credit. We will definitely rent again from Peter and look forward to our next trip to AZ. The Cooke's

Great vacation home

Four of us from Texas came for roping, drag races and spring training baseball! House was pretty centrally located for everything we needed, close to the grocery and other necessities we needed during our stay. Roomy, comfy and perfect!

Comfortable stay in Cave Creek. Great neighborhood close to shopping and fun activities. The home has a everything you need for relaxing. Great swimming pool and outdoor area with grill. The spacious master suite makes the stay that much better. And Peter was available by phone with answers to questions and help with property. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

What a great house! Peter and Angelina were wonderful hosts and have done a great job with their home. My family and I had a pleasant stay, swimming in the pool every day, and walking the neighborhood to the park. Carefree town center is such a nice place to visit! We will stay again! :)

Had a great vacation at this home!

My wife and I had a great stay at this home, plenty to do, private heated pool, plenty of walking paths. House was well cared for and nicely done. Walking distance to some great places - pretty much everything near by very convenient! We will definitely come back to stay again- would highly recommend!

What a beautiful house with very friendly owners!

This is an amazing house! The home was nicely furnished and decorated. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. landscaping wonderful heated pool- an oasis. The owner was very accommodating which made our stay very comfortable. The home was aesthetically appealing and functional for a group of men to play golf for a month.

Perfect for fathers, sons, grandsons, and nephews from New England to enjoy Cave Creek’s weather and take advantage of the many golf courses from the home into Scottsdale. Located right on the Dove Valley course, it was quiet and it was easy to get to that course for an afternoon nine. We took advantage of the pool (which needed to be heated for this time of year) and the outdoor fireplace and loved the privacy of the neighborhood. Any services; groceries, restaurants, or anything else you might need were closely located. The house was well laid out, plenty of beds and baths for our group - 5 guys. Peter, the owner, was responsive to any questions or needs during our stay. We’ll definitely be back and the older retired guys in the group hope it will be for longer.
