5 Stars – Great Stay in Goodyear!

This home was beautiful! With a family of six, we truly appreciated how spacious and comfortable it was. The beds were cozy with soft linens, making it easy to relax. The hot tub and pool were absolutely amazing—perfect for both fun and downtime. We also enjoyed the pool table and arcade game, which were great bonus features for the whole family. The host was kind and responsive throughout our stay. If you’re visiting the Goodyear/Buckeye area, I highly recommend checking this house out!

Better Than the Photos – Luxurious, Peaceful, and Immaculate Stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. Everything was spotless and impeccably maintained. The home itself was even better than described, with high-end accommodations that made us feel truly pampered. The pool and hot tub were highlights, crystal clear, beautifully designed, and perfect for relaxing at any time of day. Requests to heat up the hot tub were handled quickly and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing anyone! The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, which made for a restful, private getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended and we can’t wait to return.

Great house - great experience!

Our entire family loved the house. The pool was a BIG hit as well as the game room. The separate bedrooms were nice. I appreciated the quick responses whenever we had questions about the property also. 100% recommend!

Great house!

We stayed here a week. The owners/managers always responded right away when we contacted them. Never a problem when we wanted to use the pool or hot tub. I worried that the pool wouldn't get warm enough but it was perfect. House had everything we needed. Would recommend for families, older people, anyone really. And we would stay here again for sure.

Nice place to stay for Spring Training

We enjoyed our stay. As I saw in previous posts, you will need to coordinate the time you want to use the pool/hot tub with the hosts so that they are warmed, if necessary.

The house was an a great location for the west valley. The house was in a great, quiet neighborhood and was clean, organized, lots of room. Great amenities. Owners were responsive to questions and needs.

Nice Property!

The home and location were both great. We rented this home because of the outdoor living space, and we really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the firepit. We didn't realize that you have to ask to have the pool and hot tub heated, so my recommendation is that if you want to use those, let them know in advance to have them heated. The hot tub warms up very quickly, but the pool takes a full day, per their sign in the house. We texted the 2 phone numbers they have on a sign to warm them up, but got no response, so we texted the property manager (Kerry), and he was quick to respond for this and anything else we needed from him. We will rent this home again when we go back to AZ.

Great family vacation place

We took our two teenagers and two adult kids down to Arizona to watch some spring training baseball games and soak up some sun, and this house fit our needs perfectly. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We liked that the TV room, kitchen, and bar had plenty of space for 6 people, and we played several games of pool while watching March Madness basketball games. The neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants, movie theaters, and grocery store.

Good Except For Pool

The house is very nice, clean, and there's lots of space. The problem I had was with the pool and hot tub situation - the renter has to text the owner everytime they want to use the hot tub to get it turned on. Same for the pool, so if you stay in the cooler months don't count on using the pool, as it takes hours to heat up. It's just misleading to advertise a heated pool when it doesn't heat up for 6-8 hours. Two other minor issues: there's an ironing board but no iron, and although the driveway is large enough for two cars there's bushes right next to it so if you park to the left it's difficult to actually get out of the car.

This was a convenient location for our baseball tournaments and it was a welcome retreat from them as well. I loved that we had access to the garage to keep the car cool and to help packing and unpacking sports gear. Definitely would stay here again.

Family reunion

Awesome home, pool table, outdoor pool with gazebo, and TV room. Feels like a 5 star resort. I can’t wait to come again. The owners have meticulously stocked the home for a dream vacation. Beautiful neighborhood with excellent supermarket only a mile away. Beds comfortable. Everything in the home is top notch.

Great retreat!

We loved this property! The pool is a great size and at this time of year got a little shade in the afternoon. Communication with the managers and owners was easy with rapid responses (and necessary, to heat the pool or hot tub). The house was even better than expected and had a lot of comfortable living spaces. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed to cook and serve meals. The bathrooms were great - we loved the dual-head shower in the master bath! The pool table as well as the “TV room”/office were great for spending the time we weren’t in the pool! It was even close to a ton of shopping and restaurants, so we rarely had to leave the house for long. In short, we loved everything about it - and we will be back!

House was very clean and looked just like the pictures. And in a great location. My only complaint would be the hot tub/pool situation, anytime you wanted to use either of them you need to text the host an hour ahead of time to turn them on and then text again when your done to turn off. Just seemed to be a bit of a hassle and like we were bothering them at night to use the hot tub. Other than that we did enjoy our stay.

Great house, great location, fun stuff to do in house, close to everything

We had a great stay! The house was "better than the photos" for sure - one level home like most/all on the PHX area, one side had 2 bedrooms (3 beds total) with a shared bath. The center had a large kitchen that was open to an area with a pool table and large TV - the teenage boys loved playing pool whenever they could. There is also a dining room right off the kitchen and a TV room with couches. There were some board games to play in a cabinet. The other end of the house has master bedroom/bathroom which was great. The house has a golf-theme throughout - we had a great time with our family of 5 (parents, 2 boys, 1 girl) but could also be used for a guys trip. The outside had a nice table, fire pit, hot tub, and pool. Was nice to relax in the warm weather but the kids (young teens) also enjoyed the hot tub as the evenings were a cool. It is only a few minutes from I-10 that gets you into downtown PHX and a lot of things to do and many restaurants within minutes drive. Would definitely recommend. The hosts were very easy to get in contact with.

Great time in Arizona

We had a wonderful time. There were a few issues with the pool and hot tub but the owner/management were very responsive and repaired everything as quickly as possible. The house was plenty large for five of us and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. It was great to have two playgrounds for the grandkids within walking distance as well as a very nice golf course within a mile. It was also close to the Wildlife Zoo and Top Golf.

Very Nice

This home is very comfortable and is in a great location for places to enjoy such as shopping and restaurants. The backyard is relaxing and the neighborhood is quiet. Owners were very easy to communicate with which made our vacation stress free!!! Would absolutely recommend for a great stay in Arizona.
