Overall, the place was very clean and well stocked. Information in the guest book was very informative. Size and amount of TVs were great. Pool and backyard in general were great. Outdoor grill worked and had extra supplies out there. The additional beach towels and sunscreen were very nice. We also enjoyed playing the outdoor games provided. The Kitchen coffee bar was a highlight. Laundry and supplies for that were great. Extra charging stations for peripherals were great. Stocking of key general supplies was very good. Great cooking supplies, including spices as well. Nice organization and labelling for things in the kitchen. Bart was very responsive when we had a issue with the HVAC. Clothing storage in the closets was wonderful. It was also very nice to have garbage and recycling service handle bringing the cans to the curb and returning them after pick-up. Overall, this was one of the better VRBOs we have stayed at, and we will likely return.

This place was outstanding... sometimes, when dealing with a property, you're not sure what you'll get. This property exceeded our expectations!! It's not a "walkable" property if you need groceries or want to walk to a restaurant, but it is beautiful. Responses from the owner were instant. I would recommend paying to heat the pool... the pool water was chilly. First-class property. Highly recommend it.

We had booked early to visit my son at ASU and bring along all the grandparents to see him. Upon arrival the house was spotless with a welcome note and a bottle of wine. It was a nice touch after a cross-country flight, so all of us truly appreciated the small details. We were travelling with a few different age groups, so the multiple spaces like the living room, tv area, dining room, outdoor loungers etc.. were perfect. Everyone found the house clean, comfortable, modern, spacious and lovely. The only comments I heard from my group, is they would have liked mirrors in the (2) front guest rooms. Thank you Bart Co!

I tried 3 times to have VRBO help as the property manager ghosted me for several days on access to use of the garage which ruined my ability to rent an exotic car as I had planned. The host said the hot tub took 20 minutes to warm up it took 70. minimal time is left with a 2 hr max to use it. Then I waited and waited to connect to the local wi fi to turn the tub off and on but I figured out I could control it on the remote connection. I do not recommended.this property and will file a complaint with AZ real estate associaton on the property manager

Truly comfortable home away from home. Fully equipped, more than anticipated - from phone chargers, to toiletries, pool and bath towels, etc.The house was clean, spacious and located near everything but on quiet residential street. Check-in and out was very easy. Property manager responsive. Family of 3 adults needed warm sunshine and some healing swim and spa time and the house and Scottsdale delivered!

We absolutely LOVED this house for our girls trip but would be so great for a family trip as well!!! Great location!!! The home decor was beautiful, cozy and perfect! We loved the private pool and hot tub and entire, amazing outside space!! Great communication from host!! Comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, kitchen had everything we needed and then some!! Lots of personal touches that made our trip even better! Can’t say enough great things about this place! Highly recommend staying here!

A great place to stay. Very nice coffee bar and was decorated beautifully and in a great location. Gorgeous outdoor entertainment area and pool. The only thing I would change is to update the part under the listing about not having any cameras on the property except at the front door (ring door bell) because when we stayed there it had a camera shooting in the pool area and that was a little frustrating privacy wise. Other than that we loved it!

Great place to stay.

This place has everything you need to have a great time whether its relaxing by the pool or grilling some steaks on the grill. The only negative thing is the water pressure is a little low when taking a shower but that is no reason not to stay here. I would stay here again.

Great couple of days

This house is even better in person than the listing shows. The house is beautiful and well appointed. The yard was awesome for our family of 4 (mom, dad and boys ages 10 & 12) - the pool, outdoor 'living room' and games kept our family entertained and outside from 9am-10pm every day. It was a really fantastic couple of days!
