The property was great, resort style oasis in the backyard, right on the golf course. Was a small issue with the ac and the homeowner took care of everything immediately. Would definitely rent this property again. Very centrally located in the west valley. Close to Westgate, casino and nightlife.

When we spotted this property, we were already in love with it. When we arrived, it exceeded our expectations. The master bedroom is on its own side of the house and has it's own access to the back yard. We had no idea how much of a difference the misters would make but they took the edge off the heat. There were a fair amount of pool toys that helped us enjoy the pool even more. The open living area made spending time together so easy! Don't get me started about the master shower...also we had great communication with the manager. The location of the property provided easy access to one of the main roads in the town so it was pretty easy to get everywhere. We will be back

My sister and I, along with our spouses were lucky enough to choose this wonderful home for a three night getaway. Everything was as expected. Indoor and outdoor were spotless. A very quiet area. It was relaxing to sit by the pool and watch a few golfers go by. We were poolside most of the weekend. We enjoyed a late night movie on the outdoor patio furniture. Be sure to visit La Bona Pasta, the best Italian we have ever had! Their pork tenderloin is 10 stars! Thank you Jason and Jennifer for sharing your home with us. We are looking forward to another trip soon!

Our stay was wonderful! The property exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our almost week long stay for our son’s graduation! The kitchen was very stocked and all the amenities were fantastic! We would recommend this property to anyone and hope to book again in the future!! The pool and outside area were perfect as well, such an enjoyable stay!

My adult daughter, partner and I stayed in this lovely home for a week. It checked off everything on our list of wants and needs. Jennifer was very easy to get a hold of and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again or to refer it to friends.

We used the hot tub every day, loved it! House was perfect, we enjoyed some great restaurants, the Mesa Marathon, and the company of several friends who used to live in Chicago but now call Phoenix home.Gorgeous home, quiet neighborhood, perfect weather. We were in town just for a week of rest and relaxationThis was a nice place the hot tub needed cleaning but one call and they came right away and took care of it for us. The bed was comfortable and the patio and pool area were very nice a few things were getting a little tired looking but overall a nice place and met all of our needs for a good price.

Great stay. The backyard is truly lovely. Backing on a golf course. Too cool to swim but looking at the pool and soaking up rays was just fine too. Only downside, no TVs in bedrooms. Well equipped, centrally located vacation home perfect For our family.

The house was amazing! The back yard is such a great little oasis. Very relaxing and the hot-tub is fabulous. The beds are very comfortable and the hosts were easy to connect with. The house has all the amenities one could need for a stay.

After staying many years in Las Vegas to soak up the warm days and sun we decided to switch it up and go to Phoenix. We found this gem of a house in Goodyear, Arizona, just outside of Phoenix. The pictures do not do this house justice. We felt that we were in our own little resort. The house is beautiful, clean and modern. All the amenities of home.

This home was exactly as advertised! The outside amenities were absolutely wonderful and we spent most our time outside by the pool! The house was very clean and came stocked with everything but food! The location was wonderful with stores being right down the road! Would definitely stay again
