Great home…poor management. Our experience with this home highlights how important it is to have good management overseeing the home. Unfortunately, this home did not. Upon our arrival around 5 pm, we immediately noticed the code we had been provided to get the keys and get into the house was wrong. Why this home doesn’t have keyless entry is a reasonable question, but our first impression after a long day of travel was not great. We called the number provided to us. It sent us to an overseas calling service. We remained on the line with him for 30 minute while also using the app link provided to us. Eventually, using the app, we were provided a code that worked. We got the keys out of the lock box and use them to get inside.Once inside, we were very pleased House. It’s well appointed, and very good condition, and has lots of wonderful features as highlighted in the VRBO page. We were provided a parking permit for outside, which was very good to have. And once we got the hang of how the door was worked along with the locks, things were good.After the third day, however, the gas for the hot tub and pool ran out. This was something we prepaid and we’re very much enjoying for the first couple nights of our stay. We had no use of the hot tub or the pool for the last two days as a result, and I have yet to get my money back.Once again, poor Managment. I’d give this home five stars, but the experience was a three star experience.
