The house is as described on their site. Good location for what we were doing there and located close to food shopping and restaurants. The area is nice and the lakeside views are nice and relaxing. We chose not to heat the pool and hottub with the hot temperatures but the pool felt nice for the day temp but was a little cool for morning. Overall a nice place to stay and relax.

Beautiful home. Very clean. And plenty of towels provided. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed for meal preparation. We only did breakfast but appreciate all the supplies and options. Plenty of grocery stores nearby (Safeway Albertsons Trader Joes) and Bosa Donuts and Peixoto for coffee.The location was excellent for primary purpose of our family gathering which was Cubs spring training. Also good base for exploring Phoenix area and easy day trip to Tucson to visit Saguaro National Park and Pima Air and Space Museum. Strong consistent WiFi for our kids to work remotely and separate spaces throughout house for working. Owner Karla responded immediately to few questions we had prior to and during trip.

This is a safe neighborhood and the outside of the homes are kept in good condition. We loved the outdoor area! Numerous types of waterfowl in the lake, entertaining to watch! During our stay the weather was beautiful and daily highs were much above normal. The host was amazing! Prompt response to questions and resolutions to anything that we requested.

Karla was a fantastic host and incredibly accommodating when our flight was canceled. The home was clean, beautiful, and offered plenty of space for our family. The pool and spa were so refreshing, and the backyard was wonderfully relaxing with its peaceful water views. We especially enjoyed using the pedal boat.We cooked multiple meals in the well-equipped kitchen and on the BBQ. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe—we went on walks every day. Overall, a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. While it was unreasonably chilly and rainy while we were in AZ, we had a great time. The home was comfortable, well appointed and located near everything we needed in the sweet town of Chandler. It had a well stocked kitchen for meal prepraparation. The beds were comfy and the pool table was a hit. The lovely owner, Karla, was communicative, responsive and flexible to our needs. We will definitely stay here again if we make it to back to the area.

We stayed for here for our son's wedding and this home was perfect for our needs! Loads of space, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with all the necessities...better than any VRBO we have previously stayed. The communication with Karla was always prompt and she was very accommodating. Would not hesitate to book again!

Residence maybe better for a family with younger children. For six adults, the bedrooms varied quite a bit. Plenty of linens and towels. Pillows need upgrading and carpets looked to need a good cleaning. Pool area is pretty small and lacks lounge chairs (had six chairs and table). Outdoor grill needed a good cleaning (ended up not using). Outdoor space needed some lawn maintenance. Kitchen was good size but was disorganized. New renters should check what supplies exist before going shopping if eating in.

Great Chandler property

This unique 2-story home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The main floor is perfectly organized to allow the entire family to feel together while watching TV, playing pool, or cooking. The kids took the paddle boat out for a spin on the lake. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with convenient appliances and dishes. Absolutely loved having access to the garage to avoid the intense AZ heat! The host is communicative and timely addressed any questions or concerns. We will definitely book again when we visit family.

Outstanding Property

This property is exactly as advertised and more! Check-in and communication with the owner/property manager was a breeze and she was more than willing to answer any questions we had extremely quickly. Shopping for groceries and other necessities were literally about a mile away. We spent most of our time in the pool overlooking the canal. The weather was perfect and watching the ducks and geese and their babies became a highlight of the trip. House was super clean, kitchen well stocked and the pool table was a fun addition. It really is a beautiful home in an excellent location. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful Place!

We had a wonderful stay - everything was as described/pictured - and the outdoor space and view was awesome. We appreciated that paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap, etc. were provided. There was plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Make sure to read all the info about hearing the pool/spa since they can’t be heated at the same time. Karla was available the entire time as always quick to respond. Would definitely recommend!

Winter getaway

Been to AZ many times, thought we would try a new area. Found many things to do. Loved the Olive Mill and found some hiking in the San Tan Mt area. Easy to and from airport. Would definitely do this area again.
