We enjoyed this house very much. One of the best stocked homes I’ve stayed in. The back yard is adorable and so user friendly off the kitchen. Bbq worked perfectly and also right off kitchen. Communication excellent with MaryAnn. The only let down is the spa. Not very warm and super soft jets but that wouldn’t stop us from staying again.

We had an amazing stay at Tempe Lakes Retreat! It was just my family of 4 and each kid had their own room, which was great. My kids LOVED the pool. It was the perfect house for our extended weekend. We loved the little walk down to the lake. Would definitely recommend this house. The hosts were amazing and whenever I messaged they instantly got back to me. Wonderful stay!

Wonderful home away from home

Everything about this home was perfect. It’s by far the nicest rental home we’ve stayed in in Tempe, and we visit often. The property is quiet, nicely updated, and has everything you need for a great visit. The owner was responsive and kind. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to AZ!

Busy family always on the go who enjoyed our time at the Lake house. My daughter and son in law live in Phoenix. My daughter who is a professional photographer is very busy. She got to see her dad and also enjoyed a much needed weekend by the pool. We live in Tucson.

Relaxing Weekend

Beautiful Home - Lots of Rules

Excellently refurbished interior along with terrific floor plan. Experience compromised by tree trimming crews, landscapers, pool cleaners and rules on who can come visit during stay... and you can't even park in the driveway...

Relaxing Pool and Sun Vacation

Lovely house! The pool was fantastic and private. The outdoor area had plenty of space for sun or shade. The house has tons of room and very comfortable beds. We wanted a relaxing trip in the sun with a pool, and this was the perfect place to get it!

Stayed 2 weeks with our kids and grandkids. The house was clean and comfortable. Pool was great, we paid to have it heated since we had really young kids. The owners are always available and got back to us right away if we had questions. Location was on a quiet street but so close to everything! Would stay here again.

The Lakes—A Great Choice

Spotless, beautifully decorated, well-maintained property—inside and out. It was a perfect location for our month-long stay. We, including our dog, were more than comfortable. The well-stocked kitchen and two TV areas were appreciated. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at this property for an extended period. The property owners thought of everything and were very reachable. WiFi was great for working remotely. Highly recommend for someone coming for an extended period… or visiting a student at ASU. Very comfortable home. Wish were coming at a time where we could have used the inviting pool, too!

Wonderful property

This was our first trip to AZ so we had a few key items we wanted in a house. Convenient location, pool (and hot tub), safe area and spacious for a family with two teens. This property fit all our needs. The house was very comfortable. We enjoyed swimming every day. The owners were very quick to help with any questions we had. We will definitely stay again when we return.
