  • ARCADIA/SCOTTSDALE - 2022 BUILD!! 5 bed/4.5 Bath- all with private bathrooms - 2 Masters. Heated pool, 2 car garage. Great location minutes to Sky Harbor, Downtown, Old Town Scottsdale, and Biltmore. Great backyard with built-in bbq, fire pit, fireplace and views of Camelback Mountain. A true Chef`s kitchen with subzero/wolf appliances - 2 dishwashers & 2 islands w/12 bar stools and a dinning area. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a Jack/Jill bathroom. Arcadia Luxury Rentals Permit: STR-2024-002372

    Arcadialuxuryrentals. We have two other homes for large/multi family bookings . One listing is one block North with 4 bedroom an pool available for combined 9 bedrooms 8 bath for large groups!!! We also have a Brand new build - listing is a mile north with 4 bedrooms 4.5 baths - both with heated pools!

    Fee to heat the pool is $50.00 per night and must give Owner notice in advance to have pool ready upon arrival. Please advise when booked if you want the pool heated for your stay!

    Please advise if you need the pool fence put up prior to arrival - Also if crib needed please advise so it can be set up prior to arrival as well.

    You will have access to the entire house - two car garage and fenced back yard!

Great host, great amenities, great location. This house is perfect for a family. The host was so gracious and accommodating. It had everything we needed and more, from a crib, to high chairs, hooks in the bathrooms, large closets, pool toys, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, I could go on and on. Highly recommend and we will definitely be going back. I have stayed at a lot of short term rentals and don’t often find a repeat. This is one for sure.

Home had a perfect floor plan with bedrooms separated on each corner of home allowing for privacy. Kitchen and family area was perfect for cooking and dining! Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed for a large family! Property management was amazing and check in and out was seamless! Will be a repeat for sure!

Arcadia stay

We had a great time staying at this property. The location was great with so many restaurants within walking distance. The home was very clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

We rented this property for 4 nights to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation and extended family to stay in. The house layout was perfect! Great kitchen for entertaining! Very clean and excellent communication. We needed an ADA compliant house as well and that was a huge plus! Definitely recommend and we would love to rent again!

Wow

Our group of professionals in-town for a strategy retreat and training really enjoyed the home and amenities, it was perfect for us to relax and hang out and rest. The entire property is impressive and the kitchen was next level.

Five Star Experience

We were in town for a national volleyball tournament and could not have had a better stay! Location was perfect, and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Carmen was super responsive and helpful.

Carmen was a great host. This house is everything you can dream of and more. Perfect location to everything and just an overall great home and stay. Couldn’t recommend this place more. If you have the chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to stay here again!!!

Beautiful house!

We hosted a baby shower and this house was perfect! It was extremely clean and spacious. Carmen was easily available and very accommodating. Will definitely be renting this place in the future.

Family vacay

We absolutely loved this place. It gives plenty of room to hang out and play games or even chill out alone. The photos are extremely accurate and we plan on visiting this location again. Carmen was really easy to get a hold of and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Overall 11/10 😊

Spacious Home

Carmen's home was beautiful and spacious! You can tell she thought through everything when designing and creating this magnificent place. The pictures do not do it justice, the house comes with everything you can think of. We will definitely be back!

Thanksgiving in Az

We really enjoyed this house. Even better than the pictures. We had 9 total guests and plenty of room. The kitchen was awesome. The only downside was the super soft mattress in the main master bedroom, but otherwise it was we loved it.

Exactly what we needed!

The house in Arcadia was perfect for our group. We were in town for a wedding and stayed at this property for two nights. Nice pool and backyard area, clean kitchen, plenty of TV’s, and Amazon Alexa’s to play music. Carmen was very responsive and helpful.
