We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, fresh and bright. We both worked from the condo during the day. It's close to restaurants and shopping. We spent every evening on the screened patio listening to the frogs. We loved how quiet the community was.

We were in Phoenix for a grandsons baseball tournament, traveling to several of his games as well as some spring training games. This property was pretty centrally located for all the activities. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and a very good donut shop nearby.The unit has a nice patio over looking a stream and pond and is very relaxing sitting listening to the birds and the water flowing down the stream.The bed was very comfortable as well as the living room. The kitchen and laundry were spacious and clean.Definitely would stay here in the future. 5 star for sure

Great little community. Enjoyed the babbling brook and the walking path. Great patio to sit and have coffee and relax. The pool, hot tub and pickleball courts were a bonus. Easy access to highways. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved the large screened in porch. The place was clean, well-furnished and in a great location for our planned activities. Walking around the lake was a nice thing to do in the morning and late afternoon.

Wonderfully peaceful location -- the balcony/patio faces west, so it's well sheltered from any road noise. We spent a lot of time on the balcony/patio relaxing and enjoying the quiet, bird watching, and listening to the small brook leading into the lake. Everything was clean and comfortable. The whole apartment is nicely decorated and fully supplied with bedding, bath needs, kitchen equipment, and dishes. Communication with the host was easy and welcomed. Information supplied by the host before and during our stay was helpful and complete. We had a lovely stay.

I was delighted with this property. Everything was in order and as presented via the listing. We had a tiny issue that was easily rectified by the owner. The furnishing were newer than it shows in the photos which was a nice surprise. Sometimes short term rental show signs of neglect but not this one. The unit is taken care of with kid gloves. Access to Phoenix roads and sites was easy too being only a few minutes from main highways. I expect to request this unit again when I am in Phoenix next year.

This place felt just like home. Check in was simple. It was very clean and everything we needed for our stay was at our finger tips. We had a couple questions and the owner was so helpful and quick to respond. Will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect place for us to stay. My daughter had a class at ASU West and this was a short 10 minute drive. Nice pool, tennis courts and BBQs were available to guests. The place was super nice and newly renovated with a washer and dryer in the unit. I’d stay again. We stayed for 8 days.

Peaceful Property

We came to Phoenix for Spring Training. Great location with easy access to interstate for traveling to all stadiums. The screened in porch was awesome and so peaceful listening to the stream. Condo was so clean and decorated so nicely. We'd stay again if we venture out to any future Spring Training games! Thank you!

Great stay

This place is absolutely great! I highly recommend it! Millie and Rod were great. They answered right away with any of our questions I would so stay here again. Easy walk to Starbucks and the pond and river and walk way are awesome. Can’t say enough about both the place and the owners .
