Everything was great. We have stayed in Anderson Lakes Condos so we know what to expect. The bonus was Rod and Erika! They are excellent hosts. Extremely responsive, well organized and have everything we need in a quiet and convenient setting. They shocked us when I reported the dishwasher wasn’t working in the morning and by 3 PM they had it replaced. Amazing service! Wonderful people we enjoyed meeting. We’ve already made plans to be back!

The property was superb. It was very clean and very well equipped with all the necessities of a long stay away from home. The owners were very attentive to any issue and came out immediately to help me with the TV service. I highly recommend this place. The grounds are clean and well kept. I would definitely stay here again. The unit was very comfortable and cozy.

Easy access to freeways, groceries, dining and shopping. Very nice neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Would suggest downsizing the tables to make room for more comfortable seating. Perhaps a couple recliners. All in all a great stay.

Our month stay went way to fast. The location is wonderful and the grounds are meticulously manicured. The property was perfect for two people and the hosts couldn't have been more attentive. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for meals at home. The pumpkin bread and fresh oranges that the hosts left as a welcome were a lovely extra! We hope to return again.

This condo is absolutely perfect! The unit is decorated beautifully with everything you could need in the kitchen. The pool is right around the corner and the walking paths lead you to restaurants and grocery stores within a few minutes walk. We have stayed many places while vacationing in AZ and this place is top of the list. Erika and Rod are great hosts. Don’t hesitate to stay here if the unit is available.

One of the nicest properties we have rented at Lakeshore at Anderson Lakes. Well equipped with kitchen utensils and basic supplies. Only two minor complaints and one nothing can be done about it, no sun hits the deck and the glass coffee table is too large for the space. As far as dealing with Erica and Rod they were excellent and would reccomend them to anyone. After having to cut our trip short they were able to rent it out for some of the remainder time and forwarded us a partial refund which was much appreciated.

The property is nicely updated. The location is wonderful. The owners were very easy to deal with. The only reason I took off a star is because I believe the property is a bit overpriced for the size. It is very small. Other than that, everything was great.

Our experience with Rod and Erika was wonderful! From our first communication to the last. Our condo was just as described. We stayed for 2 months and wished it was available for another month! Their attention to the details was fabulous. From flowers to a welcome note and gift welcoming our new granddaughter. The closet was stocked with hangers and laundry hamper which was so nice! I would not hesitate to book again! We will miss “our” little place!

The condo was the best! It was perfect for the two of us, seniors, who were visiting our son and daughter in law in Chandler. It was minimalist decor, extremely clean, with every anticipated convenience included. I hope to rent this property again! Thank you!

I stayed there for about 3 months while working in the summer. The lake was gorgeous. I stayed during the summer months but didn't see any mosquitoes which was impressive given that it was large lake. Rod and Erika were super accommodating and always available if anything needed to be fixed. Many stores are within walking distance (Sprouts , Fry's, icecreams , restaurants, etc). Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay :) The place was clean and exactly as described.

Rod and Erika were perfect host. We stayed the month of March because our first grandchild was due March 16th. Rod and Erika were so sweet, they bought the baby a gift. Their condo was in great condition . Everything we needed was available. Their place was very well decorated and clean, and well stocked . They thought of everthing. We would stay there again . The area itself was nice . The pool was about a 1 minute walk from the condo. The pool overlooked beautiful Anderson springs . The condo was in perfect walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants .

This condo was well decorated and well furnished. The owners keep everything very clean. The kitchen was especially well-stocked with many cooking utensils. The mattress and sofa were comfortable. Rod & Erika, the owners, had bottled water chilling for us and fresh flowers in the unit when we arrived. They sent us lots of helpful details via email before we rented. They came by to show us how to use various features, including security and satellite TV. They were very responsive by phone or text and helpful with any details we had questions about We would happily rent the condo from them again! Thanks for a great place to stay, Rod & Erika!
