The Space

The Phoenician Mansion has the kind of scale that makes an impression from the moment you walk in, beginning with a grand entrance and beautifully crafted staircase at the center of the home. From there, distinct living, dining, and entertainment spaces unfold throughout the estate, giving a full group plenty of ways to be together—or find a quieter corner of their own.

The bonus sleeping room is accessed through the primary bedroom and does not have a door.
The primary suite has its own fireplace, while its spacious bathroom brings a spa-like feel with a soaking tub, dual vanities, and walk-in shower.

The home gives you far more than one central living room. Formal and casual spaces create different places to gather throughout the day, including a living area with its own built-in bar.
Just off the dining room, the billiards room is made for evenings together, with a pool table, bar, fireplace, and multiple TVs all in one space.
There’s also a separate entertainment room with a sofa, beanbag chairs, and television—an easy spot for movie nights, gaming, or giving part of the group their own place to hang out.

🍽️ Kitchen & Dining

The gourmet kitchen is ready for a house full of guests, with high-end appliances, granite countertops, and double ovens.
Dining is just as well considered. The grand dining table seats 12 in comfortable chairs, creating a natural setting for big dinners together. A second dining area sits in a curved, light-filled space with a round table for six and beautiful views outside.

🌴 Outdoor Living

This is a backyard meant to be used from morning through evening. Mature landscaping and tall palms surround the half-acre property, with plenty of seating tucked throughout the outdoor spaces and a beautiful pool at the center of it all.

The fully built-in outdoor kitchen overlooks the pool and includes a sink and island, making it easy to cook without leaving the action outside. An outdoor dining table gives everyone a place to sit down for meals, while covered patio and lounge areas offer plenty of options for settling in afterward.

Between swims, soak in the hot tub or head over to the putting area for a little friendly competition.

The pool is approximately 5 feet deep.

Everyday Conveniences

High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a surround sound system keep the house connected and entertained.
Two laundry areas—one upstairs and one downstairs—make laundry more manageable during longer stays or trips with a full house.
A full residential elevator connects the floors and is available for guest use with prior approval.

Guest Access

Guests have full, private access to the home and outdoor spaces, with no shared areas or other residents on the property.

A 4-car garage and ample driveway parking are available during your stay.

Elevator use requires prior approval.

Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM

Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Unauthorized parties and events are prohibited. Please respect neighborhood quiet hours from 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.

If you’re planning a small gathering, please contact us in advance so possible accommodations can be discussed.

Pool Heating

Pool heating is available for an additional $100 per day and must be paid in advance. Please request heating at least 2–3 days before arrival, as the pool takes approximately two days to heat.
The target heated temperature is 80°F–85°F. When nighttime air temperatures fall below 55°F, the heater may struggle to reach that range, so temperatures of 80°F or higher cannot be guaranteed.
During July, August, and September, Arizona temperatures are typically warm enough that pool heating is not needed.

The pool is unsupervised. Children must be supervised at all times.

Longer Stays

For long-term reservations, a one-time starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry detergent is provided. Once these supplies are used, guests are responsible for replenishing them.

The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning between reservations and does not include daily housekeeping or laundry service. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged with our cleaning team at the guest’s
expense.
