Very bizarre experience with the host continuously watching his ring cam to determine how many were staying there. We had people coming and going as it was a business retreat. He tried to charge us an additional 1,100 saying we had 10 people staying when we didn’t. The beds are very hard and TV’s didn’t work well. I have used a lot of VRBO’s and never had a strange experience like this one. Definitely won’t stay there again!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was very spacious, beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The yard was huge with lots of different places to sit down and relax and enjoy being outside. The putting green was a lot of fun too. The host, Alphy, was extremely nice and very welcoming. You could not ask for anything more in a rental.

Really enjoyed the house and the location and the yard. The master bath and main bath could use new towels and wash rags and the shower in the master bath and tub needed some attention as well as the sink closest to the toilet and the other sink was not draining well either Other than that great time beautiful Roe

Great area for golfing, courses are nearby and lots of places to eat.

We enjoyed the house and the two king bedroom ensuites! Nice pool and hot tub! Kitchen is well stocked. The owner is quick to respond when needed. We would book again. *****

Excellent Stay!

Al is a prompt responder, a gracious host and we absolutely LOVED the house! If you go during winter, it is worth the extra for the heated pool. Plenty of towels, blankets, comfy furniture, and plenty to do in and around the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and relaxing home

Our group of 8 friends stayed here for a week and had the best time. We enjoyed everything this home has to offer. From the putting green, to the heated (for a standard fee) pool and relaxing hot tub. The pool table was a fun addition, as well. When we arrived we had a grocery order delivered from the local Fry’s. After that we had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen. The convenient location was great, with local restaurants and shopping nearby. We enjoyed baseball in Peoria and Surprise, as well as golf. Al was very kind and responsive as the water in the hot tub simply got too low and we were afraid something was wrong. He was available in minutes to show us what to do. We would 100% rent this beautiful home again. Thank you, Al.

Entertaining, good location, amazing host

This property has lots of space with many things to do. The host, Al was very responsive to requests or needs. The only reason for 4-star was a few improvements that could be made in which Al was open to making. We would stay there again when visiting the area!

Friends Get Away

Our party consisted of 5 adults for a winter get away and the house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room, great kitchen for cooking, spacious bedrooms and the yard was absolutely gorgeous. Pool, hot tub, putting green, multiple seating areas with fire pits surrounded by lush green trees, fruit trees, shrubs, flowers. Host was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

Holiday stay

My wife and I needed a nice place to stay during our time in Arizona during the new year’s holiday. We chose to book this place and we’re glad we did. All of our guest had their own space to get away and sleep comfortable. Al is a wonderful host and we will definitely be back in the future.

It's a place to return to.

The house is beautiful inside and out. It's quaint, but with several modern upgrades. I sat and watched hummingbirds play in the backyard, more than I've ever seen at one time. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to main streets and highways. About a 20 minute or less drive from everything that I needed. I would certainly stay at this location again.

Nice property, but any guest is deemed having an "event"

Nice property, definitely good for entertaining. The listing clearly says "no events" but even having your grandma over is considered an event, which I did not know. The max people allowed on the reservation is 9, and those 9 are the only ones allowed on property. Warning: the pool guy and landscapers will show up unannounced, so be prepared. The owner quickly responded to texts asking questions, etc. and is nice. Just firm on no other people allowed.
