We had a fantastic stay at Colin's home. We celebrated our daughters ASU grad week for 7 days. A great central location to both Scottsdale and Tempe. Within in minutes from great shopping and restaurants. The home is perfect. A great space, extremely clean, very well decorated, and the pool/spa is ideal. The garage door feature that opens the back of the house to the backyard is a great touch. The QR code that opens the app to all of the house details, functions, and features is very helpful. Colin and the property management team were exceptional and very responsive on text/email. A pleasure to work with and very hospitable. We'll be back!

We had such a great stay at Collin’s place! He was an excellent host — super responsive, organized, and accommodating. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable, and there were tons of bath and pool towels, which we appreciated. The location was perfect — close to Old Town but still quiet and relaxing. We’d absolutely stay here again.

From start to finish, our stay at Colin’s place was exceptional. The home was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. You can really tell how much care and thought has gone into every detail of the space.Colin was a fantastic host: communicative, kind and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect. A perfect Scottsdale vacay!

The house is is perfect for a girls weekend. The pool is small and lovely for maxing and relaxing. We got floaties to chill in the water. We loved going in at night also after a hot day. No heat needed in the summer. The hot tub was nice and hot and looked cool in the dark. The home was well appointed, although we didn’t cook. The property management team was extremely responsive and helpful. The home is in a great location to everything. We ubered and door dashed everywhere and it was reasonable. Beds were comfy! The house is clean and comfortable. Living room couch not for two many people - but we weren’t in the house much. Highly recommend!!

Easy to get into and communication with host was great. The property itself had a nice location close to mall and old town. House had all the basics. The beds were VERY comfy. The Master bed/bath could have been a little bigger (ideally a bigger space with a king rather than a queen). Backyard was nice too with relaxing seating area. The weather was really hot so it would have been nicer to swim in a cooler temp pool (like 78 degrees instead of 90)...Def a nice rental, but a little pricey (almost 900/night total with all the fees...property, cleaning, stay tax, service fee.......) for what it actually was. Property Manager Rebecca was responsive and kind. Overall experience very nice, not amazing.

Family Spring Break

Wonderful stay for a family spring break. We enjoyed time in the pool and hot tub every day. A short drive to restaurants in old town Scottsdale. House was clean, kitchen had all that we needed. Host was proactive in all communications and gave good local advice.

Excellent House

The heated pool and hot tub were great. The gas fire pit was perfect to keep warm on those cool nights. The house was clean and had all the amenities you coul want. Our host was flexible for checking in and he kept in touch to be sure we were happy. A very professional operation.

Perfect Place to Stay

We stayed in the house for Thanksgiving week and enjoyed the location, the pool and the hot tub. Neighborhood is very quiet and close to many locations. Colin was available when I had questions about the house and was very responsive. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this was one of the best!

Perfect Family Trip

My family stayed at this home for a week in November and it was perfect. The house had everything we could have needed and the pool and hot tub were amazing and incredibly clean. Great backyard and outdoor sitting space as well, and the beds were very comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze, we didn’t have a single issue with our stay. Centrally located in Scottsdale and close to so many amenities we can’t wait to stay here again.

Easiest Rental Experience!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home while in Scottsdale. An annual golf trip, we always prefer a home rental to a resort or hotel so we can maximize our time with family. We did have a few general questions and a concern shortly after check in that were resolved promptly and with great communication from the owners. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed for our stay and gave us plenty of room to cook and to gather. The open air concept from the dining room out to the gorgeous patio and pool made the home feel even more spacious. The best surprise was hearing that there were NO checkout instructions or rules that needed to be followed as we were ready to fly home. The owners made our stay easy and we can't wait to rent from them again!
