We really enjoyed staying here. The place was very clean, great pool that is heated, and nice hot tub. The owners immediately responded when I had questions. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and will be staying here again.

Great house and Sam was very welcoming. Even had new living room furniture delivered while we were there. Great location, loved the hot tub and pool. Enjoyed watching the golfers. Would love to stay again when visiting family!

Nice property, convenient location

This was our second stay here, and already feels like home away from home. The house has everything you need, check-in / out very simple, pool and hot tub perfect for relaxing. Easy access to highway 60 makes it a great base for a long weekend.

Awesome Place!

We have stayed at quite a few places around Mesa and this one was by far the best. Everything was clean, amenities were great, great location, beds were comfy, pool was clean and well taken care of. Would highly recommend! Sam was very accommodating as well. We will stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

This property provided us the perfect escape from the Canadian winter! We loved the heated pool and hot tub to relax and rewind after a day of exploring the area. The hosts were amazing and provided us everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We will be returning!

7 day stay in Mesa

We (6 of us) stayed at Sam’s Mesa house 11/12-11/18. The house has 1 large master suite and 2 regular size rooms. We liked that the beds were king size and comfortable. The house was neat and tidy when we arrived. The communication with the host was fine as well. The house is near a Starbucks and a grocery store so very convenient. We dropped the rating by 1 star because we found that the house seemed dusty and needed a deep cleaning. The towels and bedsheets seemed dusty. Maybe it’s the dry air? Also the couch was comfortable but worn. There was also mold/mildew in the master shower around the entire base of the shower. And a mildew strip in the hall shower as well. Overall a good value. Wouldn’t take much for this home to be a 5.0

Perfect base for a long weekend

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts made everything so easy. We were here for a swim meet, in and out a lot, and the easy access to Highway 60 was great. Very quiet. So nice to come home and relax in the pool and take a dip in the hot tub instead of being cramped in a hotel room. Would definitely stay here again!

Family get away to visit family.

The hosts have thought of everything. We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub and a golf course view was a plus. Golfing at Augusta Ranch was another great perk. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

Loved having our own pool! Quiet neighborhood and close to everything! The beds were awesome. I didn’t want to leave. Only negative is the inside furniture is a little Worn, but we spent most of our time outside on the patio anyway!

Backyard paradise

Great safe neighborhood. Close to 202 and 60. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Beautiful heated pool with lights, and hot tub make this a great place to stay. It has misters if its hot but we didn't need them this trip. Plenty of outdoor seating. Inside is very roomy. Has everything you need.

Wonderful spot for R&R!!!

Our family found the R&R in the sunshine that we were looking for here -- most of our time was spent enjoying the beautiful (and clean!) pool and patio. The patio misters added the perfect touch. We also enjoyed the hot tub under the stars at night. Very easy access to the freeways, nearby Albertsons and Starbucks. Great owner communication from beginning to end. Thank you!

Beautiful pool and patio

This is a great location in the east valley. Everything you need is close by, and easy access to interstates to go across town. This house has everything you could possibly need or want including pool toys and rafts. The mister made it comfortable to sit outside even in the 90's so we spent most of our time on the patio and in the pool. Hot tub is also great, and all looks out over the golf course. Lemon and grapefruit trees were a bonus treat. We've already scheduled another week in the fall. The owners were very responsive and checked with us to make sure everything was going ok.

Sam was very helpful in many ways. Appreciated going the "extra mile" after checking out.

This was our second stay in Arizona. We had to move arrival date up by 2 days which Sam was very gracious to do. This caused cleaning crew a short time to get home clean. We had tons of fun outside. Pool was amazing, although we could not get pool lights to work or the misters in the seating area, even after contacting the pool person. This was probably due to the inside monitor not being programmed correctly from previous stay. We enjoyed family that lives in Arizona and thoroughly enjoyed this home!

Our daughter was getting married at The Paseo and this property was a perfect place to combine a vacation with wedding preparations. The owners were great and very responsive when we needed to add some days on. We’ll be back!
