We had a wonderful stay at this property and would absolutely come back again. The home was exactly as described with everything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area.The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even better. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend.

Wonderful girls weekend getaway! Wish we had come later in Spring to see the park across the street in bloom. The neighborhood has it all and is a joy to walk around. We always found parking around the block and slept well each night. It is well appointed with comfy beds and has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Home was even cuter in person than what the pictures showed! Walkable to great restaurants, bars, activities and lots of other Phili attractions. Always felt safe while walking to our evenings events. Was able to park our car and leave it the entire weekend.

Decent stay.NOTE: There is free STREET parking, however there is no dedicated parking spot. I felt that should have been annotated on the property details given that I specially book homes with dedicated parking to avoid the inconvenience of finding parking with a young child. There is no washer/dryer so this is not a “home away from home” type of place, however the location is close to many restaurants off Washington Ave & its surrounding area.The home is clean & close to the park. However parking is a huge factor for me & I had trouble finding parking during my entire stay (4 nights).

Our stay in Philly was wonderful! The home was in a safe, convenient neighborhood, which made exploring the city stress-free. The rooms were exactly what our family needed—spacious, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend for families visiting Philly!

Property was comfortable for four older adults and clean and well stocked as advertised in a great walkable neighborhood. The stairs are fairly steep but it wasn’t an issue for us. It would be great if two kitchen towels were added as we did a fair amount of cooking. The second floor shower door is missing some kind of a bottom edge so water leaked on the floor when showering. We would definitely stay there again:-)

Reunion of friends - Massachusetts and Maryland

Had not been together in a year. Perfect place to do it. Short Uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go - Train station, Penn’s Landing, Museum area, Magic Garden, Reading Terminal and more.The town house looked even better in person than the pictures. Very clean, great small but very functional kitchen with upscale appliances. AC worked well. Watched 1 movie - tv easy to use. Bedrooms very comfortable. Highly recommend. There were 3 of us so we each had a bedroom but more could be comfortably accommodated.

Great place!

Great place to stay! Great location and wonderful house! I have two notes for future guests: (1) steps to the second & third floor are steep. If you have problems climbing stairs, be forewarned. (2) Parking can be a challenge in the neighborhood.

Philly stay

Loved our visit in Philly and this house was perfect. Comfortable, clean and spacious and the house was supplied with everything we needed and more! The neighborhood was great, right across the street from a park, which was perfect for my dog! Street parking available. So many good restaurants and cafes within walking range. Loved being exploring the city then coming back to our cozy home.

Great 6 week stay

Spent six weeks at the property. Wonderful places to eat within walking distance between fourth and ninth Street enjoyed about a 25 minute walk to and from the train station each day.The property has a steep set of stairs from the first to the second floor, do not wear socks! I learned the hard way and at 69 years old that’s a less than I should’ve known Long before I slipped. My fault entirely, not the properties.Being from South Louisiana, I also learned a lot about winters in Philadelphia— they can get cold!!

Great Location

Location was fantastic! We walked everywhere we went! Hosts were attentive when we asked about a couple recommendations. House was clean and nice. Would say a few things could use some updating but it didn’t affect our overall experience and stay. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great location, needs some maintenance

Excellent location with easy & free parking; walkable to Italian market, south street etc. needs maintenance: coffee maker caked with coffee grinds, the dish rack rusty, sponge & dish towel dirty, 2nd bed in bedroom takes up entire room. Overpriced for what it is.
