Ren’s house was super clean, amenities were exactly as described and it was a nice & welcoming stay-cation for me and my pup while my kitchen at home was being renovated.

OK for the price but needs much repair

The photos belie the overall disrepair of the property. Walls, radiators and ceilings have peeling and rusted paint The bathroom floor has large chips and cracks throughout the tile, the grout and sealant are in bad shape. The primary bath door does not close properly… in the upstairs second bath, the toilet seat mounting is broken so seat slides off 45 and the towel rack was also broken. There were only six bath towels for a property with room to sleep 8 in beds plus two more on couches. the window blinds sit atop brackets but are not screwed into the mounts and there is not a mechanism to raise the blinds. The kitchen only had dishes for six as well. On a positive note, the place was clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen had everything you might need to make all your meals there. The TV system had access to Prime, Netflix, Hulu and Disney streaming services. The host was very responsive and got back to me within 48 hours of leaving a message. He is a very nice man. For the price, this property is an okay place to stay.

Drexel Hill

Excellent place to stay

The house was spotless and well supplied, with instructions and labels throughout to help find whatever you need. The main floor is an open living room, dining room, kitchen area that’s a comfortable place for guests to gather. The host is very helpful, and keeps the house in excellent condition. Our family will definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay

The host provided perfect directions to the home, the place was spotless and the beds comfortable. Great access to restaurants and only about a 20 minute drive to the Time Warner arena. Four men in town for the NCAA wrestling finals were very happy with the place. Highly recommend.

Very infant friendly!

We chose to stay at this house because of the travel crib. It also had a baby gate to prevent falls down stairs, a high chair, and a baby bath. This house really felt like a home. It is clean, and the beds are comfortable. The basement game room is a nice touch. Highly recommend!

Family weekend in Philly area

After a harrowing 2 day drive through Tropical Storm Debbie, walking into this warm, inviting home was an answer to prayer🙏. All our needs were provided from toiletries to kitchen spices! Our lab enjoyed the large fenced in yard, and the grandchildren were so excited to find the swingset. The finished basement was a wonderful bonus so family could spread out- We drove into Philly but the shuttle bus behind this house is another option Bakery and Chinese restaurant are within walking distance.

Awesome spot!

We stayed for a couple nights to attend a wedding nearby. It was a perfect spot to call home for the weekend, with plenty of food and drink within walking distance, a super friendly neighbor who gave us some recommendations of places to check out in town, and a nice quiet neighborhood setting, only 25 minutes from the city. Beds were super comfortable, living room and kitchen had everything one could need to feel like home, and the backyard deck was great. There is a rail/trolly station right behind the house, but you wouldn't have known it! Super pleasant and the owner was great and communicated well. Thanks!

This please was clean, comfortable and close to the Trolly to get us to 69th station where we picked up the Subway to get to City Hall. The only complaint I have is…the upstairs master bedrooms AC was very load. Earplugs are needed. Area was very nice and not far from Restaurants, Pizza shops and necessity stores. Over all..a nice experience.

The house is centrally located. There were a few issues. Ants in the kitchen, dining room and upstairs bathroom. There was patch work done on the ceiling in living room and the pictures on line do not show this. Communication is the owner was good.

Convenient and lovely

My husband and I took our two grandsons to Philadelphia for Wrestlemania. The home was convenient to the sights in the city and to Lincoln Financial Field. The host was quick to respond to questions. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms ands the kitchen was very well appointed.

Great location for day trips into Philly

I booked and stayed at this property for a long weekend in Philadelphia. I took the trolley and the subway into downtown each day which was super convenient. The rental property was very nice and clean and conveniently located near the trolley groceries, etc.. The property owner is very responsive to communications and offers. Helpful advice regarding the surrounding area.

The home was exactly what we needed for our larger family’s’ stay in town for several days for a wedding nearby. Nice little fenced in yard. House very cozy! Property manager was easy to work with. Would stay again!
