"Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general. A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood...

"We have been staying for a week with three adults and two children of 3 and 6 years. The house is located in a small cul de sac, so there is only minimal traffic. The beach and sea are only a short walk of about 2 minutes away; bus stops, restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. "Lovely hotel, with bags of charm. A great garden, fab pool with doors opening to the garden. Staff were friendly and attentive. A tip if you are a light sleeper is to avoid Rm. 205 as the air con unit is directly beneath and rumbles on and off throughout the night. It wasn’t too much of a problem for us but worth knowing. "
