    Our property is nestled in a vibrant community, so please be mindful of our neighbours during your stay. Keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours, to ensure everyone`s enjoyment. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am.

    👉 Climate Control:
    Stay comfortable year-round with our reverse-cycle split system air conditioning. You`ll find the unit is ducted so will cool or heat the entire premises. Please ensure you turn this off when you`re not home to conserve energy.

    👉 BBQ Etiquette:
    Enjoy a sizzling barbecue on our outdoor grill, but please remember to clean it thoroughly after use. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee.

    👉 Linen & Towels:
    We provide hotel-quality bed linen and towels from a commercial laundry service to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. To maintain this quality, please avoid contact with makeup, fake tan, body lotions, or other substances that may cause stains or damage. A replacement fee of $150 will apply for any linen that is marked or damaged. Thank you for helping us keep our space beautiful for all guests.

    👉 Longer Stays:
    For stays over 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required and will be arranged at the guest`s expense. This ensures the property is well-maintained for your comfort.

    👉 Parking Information:
    Our property features a paved driveway for your vehicle - please note the garage is excluded for guests use. For your safety and convenience, on-street and verge parking is not permitted

    👉 Garden Maintenance
    To ensure the upkeep of the property, our gardener may visit the property to carry out maintenance during your stay, this will be a rare occurrence however if you do not allow access during your stay you may be responsible for any call out fees incurred.

    You will have access to the entire property during your stay. Please note the garage is excluded for guest use however there is driveway parking available.

    We are available to answer any questions via our guest portal or over the phone during your stay.

    We love sharing our home with guests and ask that you please respect these simple guidelines so everyone can enjoy their stay:

    No parties or events – This is a peaceful home. Unauthorized gatherings will result in cancellation of your stay, without refund.

    No smoking indoors – Smoking is not allowed inside. A cleaning fee of $250 applies if this rule is broken.

    Quiet hours – Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am to be considerate of our neighbours.

    Take care of the property – If something is damaged or goes missing, please let us know so we can sort it quickly. Guests are responsible for replacements/repairs.

    Check-out – Before leaving, kindly remove rubbish, wash and put away dishes, and leave the home tidy. Extra cleaning fees apply if the home is left in poor condition.

    Keys & access devices – Lost or unreturned keys and fobs will incur replacement charges.

The rooms were relatively clean, However, the pantry was not kept in order and many items were expired or left opened.Some cups had chips and frying pans seem not cleanFloor tiles of the entry to the main door were uneven and one of the guests fell.There was no cloth dryer & found only 1 hair dryer.
