    - Located in a complex comprising 91 apartments.

    - This apartment is located on the 8th floor. You will experience an amazing view from the apartment balcony overlooking parts of Perth City and beyond!

    - As you enter the private entrance to the apartment, you`ll immediately feel at home in this lovely welcoming atmosphere. The large windows that take you through to the balcony space fill the apartment with sunshine - the golden sunshine illuminates the space creating a vibrant and uplifting atmosphere.

    - The handy laundry nook is located at the front of the apartment. In the laundry nook, you`ll find an electric dryer and front loader washing machine, as well as a separate trough and a vacuum cleaner for your convenience. Keeping your clothes fresh and clean during your stay will be a breeze.

    - As you enter the middle part of the apartment, you will find the dining space, main bathroom, and bedroom 1.

    - The dining area, located at the front part of the apartment, features a beautiful marble-look table with six chairs, setting the stage for enjoyable meals with family and friends. The space is adorned with a gorgeous large wall art that adds a touch of elegance to the ambiance.

    - Opposite the dining area, you`ll discover the modern and spacious bathroom. It includes a large wall-mounted mirror, a sink/vanity with ample bench space and cupboard space below, a toilet, and a shower with shelving for your toiletries.

    - Adjacent to the dining area is Bedroom 1 - a beautiful and inviting space! It offers a comfortable queen bed, bedside tables with lamps on either side, a ceiling fan for added comfort during those warm summer evenings, and a wall-mounted TV for you to enjoy movies or Netflix in bed. Additionally, there`s a separate chest of drawers and a double-mirrored wardrobe, providing ample storage space for your belongings.

We don’t often leave reviews but we wanted to share how nice this apartment was! The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing! It was very clean and very well presented. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, there is nothing lacking. Extra things that makes your stay easier. Within a 10 metre walk is a supermarket, 3 takeaway shops that offer a variety of offerings, 2 bottle shops and a massage place. I had a massage and it is one of the best I have ever had. We really enjoyed the balcony with the CBD views. We would stay there again and communication with the managers was very responsive and friendly.
