    The space
    Featuring original 1930s bones – high ceilings, and leadlight windows – this modernised and bright house will feel like your home away from home. From the front porch, you arrive into the entry foyer with the first of the two elegant bedrooms off to the left. Next, you'll find the sophisticated living room, followed by bedroom number two. The kitchen is spacious and gives way to the enclosed verandah with a dining table for six people. Right outside, you'll see the undercover patio with a BBQ and another dining table big enough for a family or friend's group. This lovely property also offers a sunny backyard, split system A/C, and parking for 1 small car. A mere 2 km from Perth's CBD, and within walking distance to parks, shops, restaurants and public transport, this house is impossible to fault!

    Welcome to West Perth, a vibrant and well-connected suburb nestled on the western edge of the Perth CBD. With its blend of historic charm and modern amenities, West Perth offers a unique and convenient urban experience for visitors. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the location is the perfect home base for your stay. Residents enjoy easy access to an array of amenities, including numerous parks such as Kings Park, Harold Boas Garden, Hyde Park, and Robertson Park, shopping, eateries, cultural venues, and entertainment options. The suburb offers seamless public transport and is well connected by roads as well. Although it doesn't house major universities, West Perth is near educational institutions like the University of Western Australia and the Central Institute of Technology.
    House rules
    You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:
    - No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
    - No parties or antisocial behaviour
    - No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
    - No pets are allowed in the property without approval
    - No smoking is allowed at any times
    - If you break something, please let us know
    - To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property

    Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

    IMPORTANT:
    - Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund.
    - Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200.

    Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
    - Please leave all beds unmade
    - Please clean up your dishes and put them away
    - In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
    - Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
    - Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed.
    - Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind.

    We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.

This was an absolutely beautiful place. Quiet,safe and clean. We loved the beds, the shower and the location. Perfect!

Lawley Street

Gorgeous little Californian cottage. Very clean and tidy. Location is great. Only criticism is that we had to supply/ buy dishwashing tablets and garbage bags. We were advised that these were complimentary from a staff member.

Very Central

thankyou my sister & I had a nice stay. The house was very central to everything to get around as we like to walk alot. Just for next time the kitchen needs some bowls only had one other than plastic for cereal in the mornings. As I contacted you concerning the air conditioner in the lounge room was on but not much heat coming out we couldn't video this as it was the heat not working. Thankyou we did like the accomodation alot. Kind regards Carole Moss
