The cottage is wonderful. We could not ask for a better waterfront view. The cottage is on a quiet river setting, but close to shops and restaurants. It was the perfect place for us to have our 40th Anniversary celebration with family and friends. There are two kayaks and the boat ramp is right next door. We used the grill, and the fire pit, but not the hot tub. That would be fun on a cooler day. We played games at the large table on the enclosed sun porch during a storm. The three AC units and kitchen appliances all are newer worked great. We plan to come back again next year. Thanks Jess!

Perfect place to relax!

Perfect place to get away and relax by the bay. Awesome waterfront access made paddle boarding a breeze! Everything was beautiful and the outside amenities made enjoying the view even better.

Quiet, peaceful, bay location

Excellent and clean interior, kayaks are a plus, hot tub a plus, great spot to get away and just stare at the water, lol. We had a thunder storm while we were there and got an amazing light show!

A wonderful place...

My wife and I enjoyed the peacefulness of this waterside cottage. The views were fantastic and the location is so convenient to several small towns. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Just right!

A beautiful spot with gorgeous views and a great variety of birds to watch and enjoy! It was a perfect place to relax and unwind. Even the stormy days were amazing.

Backyard outside river view was incredible and cottage was cute. BUT . . . it was infested with ants particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. The outside cushions (not the same ones in the pictures) are in bad shape and had spider webs all over them. Hot tub had dirty filters and the cover was moldy. No outside light in front. Landscape over grown. No closets in two of the bedrooms. Only one hand towel avaliable unlike the picture.Highly disappointed.

Birthday getaway

Very quaint and cute cottage really enjoyed sleeping on the porch , The sound of the waves because it was windy was so soothing. I felt We were on a sailboat.

At the water

It was represented very well. I would definitely recommend for getting away from crowds. NEAT place,yes you are at the water! Would give it a 4.7 overall.!

Landscaping was a little lacking. We're older so the low furnishings were a little challenging, but overall; very relaxing and pretty much what we expected.

Beautiful View

The house was exactly as described. The view and access to the large river was better than expected. The owner was very responsive to any issues. So glad we found a place where we can take our dog. We would definitely stay again.

Compact little gem

This cozy cottage packs a lot of comfort and convenience into a small space, with gorgeous views out over the river. The kitchen was efficient and well-equipped, the seating throughout was spacious and comfortable, and the whole place is charmingly decorated. There were several thoughtful amenities, including an outdoor fire pit, hot tub, playground equipment, and two kayaks. The whole place was sparkling clean, and the owner quickly responded to all questions.

Peace

Sunrise shines through at your feet, when you wake in the morning. Nice fire pit. Jacuzzi was lovely. The host was fabulous. A wonderful property to just step away from life for a minute, to soak up the peace . Would definitely recommend.
