"Stayed 5 days 07/28/25 to 08/02/25 Could not be happier with our stay at this condo and beach area. Condo was clean & comfortable, and had everything we needed. View from balcony was amazing. Beach and pool area were relaxing and not crowded. Definitely would stay here again, and highly recommend this condo."

"We loved staying here. It’s a short drive to Johnson beach as well as Publix and restaurants. It is a very quiet street and the neighborhood is peaceful. We loved having a gated backyard for the kids to play and the loft on the front to drink morning coffee with the wife. I can’t say enough about the house and the guest service was absolutely incredible on helping us. "

"Lovely spacious condo, super clean, many kitchen accessories, great coffee maker, on bay side of the road, comfortable sofa and bed, many large TVs, friendly property manager, easy great stay! Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Clean, spacious, contemporary in design, furnishings and amenities. 3foot pool in the deck overlooking the gulf was a huge hit with the littles! Proximity to the uncrowded beach the best part for adults. A bit pricey, but this is a new build. The master suite was awesome! Some of the 6 bedrooms lacked drawer space; one had no closet. Kitchen well furnished, except for kitchen towels. No door mats! The dryer didn’t dry well, most likely because of poor vent installation. Maintenance personnel...

"Very comfy, great location, private pool and garage a plus. Needs some minor improvements. We prefer to cook and skillets could be replaced. Grill used lots of charcoal due to couldn't close it off. Shower curtain only had like 3 hooks. Little things. We are old so steps were an issue but was a great place to hang with our adult children. Great communication with host."
