Lovely place. Pool was perfect. Neighbors not so much. Would def stay again though. The drippings from the bbq pit were rancid. And the additional fees were crazy

The house itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable, which we appreciated. However, our overall experience was impacted by several issues that need attention. The door code did not work and required a call to emergency services just to get in. The pool was not clean, and the waterfall feature wasn’t functional. Several lamps in the main room were broken, and the grill had leftover food from previous guests. Dog feces were left around the pool area, so we couldn’t enjoy the yard without shoes. The garage was also cluttered and not usable for parking.We attempted to reach the emergency service number three times after hours but received no response, which was disappointing.This property has potential, but the lack of maintenance and support made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

The home was cozy and in a convenient location. The neighborhood and surrounding homes were a little "sketchy" but was ok! We were unable to use the grill, but it would not light, due to the coils being not working from the grill not being cleaned. That was disappointing! Especially after spending 100 on steaks to grill! The dryer stopped working, b/c the belt went out. Had to call the property manager and it was difficult to communicate with them or get a timely call back. After 2 full days, they finally sent to someone to the house to fix it, after alot of yelling and getting upset that they were not making a priority.The home didnt have everything in it that you may need to cook such as: measuring cups, or proper tubberware. The basic spices that I needed, like, salt and pepper were not filled. The drinking cuts where the size made for toddlers. There was absolutely not cleaning supplies. Therefore, after making bacon one morning, I was unable to clean the counter tops in the kitchen with anything other than a wet paper towel. There are no TV's in the 2 kids/guest rooms. Which made it difficult for everyone to come in from a long day at the beach and relax and watch TV, unless we all watched TV in the living. Which means, we all have to decide on something we want to watch together. Thats difficult with teens!

Beautiful house just a short drive from gorgeous beaches

Our family with small dog spent a full week at this spacious home. The pool was lovely and our kid pretty much lived in it. The house itself was clean with modern interior. I did deduct a point for cleanliness only because whoever stayed prior to us hadn’t cleaned up after their dog outside. But with us being dog owners ourselves it wasn’t a huge deal. Communication with the management company was easy and only needed as we had a question about the waterfall feature which was answered promptly (it is set on a timer).

This property was very nice. It had everything we needed. It was close to groceries and several restaurants/fast food. The neighborhood seems to be in the process of “being improved”. We would stay here again.

Great little gem!

Great property, well kept, and so cute. There were 8 of us (5 adults 3 kids) and there was plenty of room. 2 bathrooms obviously needed, both well kept and up to date. The pool is fantastic! There's a screened in porch with a blackstone grill that we used nearly everyday. Communication with management was flawless, I cannot recommend this property enough.

Cute House and Clean

This was a newer house and well appointed. Everything seemed new and clean. The location was furthered from NAS than I expected, but still okay. Lil fruit flies were a little annoying. I think from the trash that needed to be picked up. Pool was very nice and temperature was perfect.

Overall Great

We were a little hesitant with no previous reviews of the property available and the no photos of said pool (this was updated to now include pool photos), but the property manager put us at ease and the place was just as listed. It was clean, all mechanicals worked well, communication was good throughout. The only small complaint I would have is that the notifications of maintenance people stopping by were not accurate. Overall, a great experience with VRBO and My Beach Getaways (property manager).
