This is a smoking motel. Also no AC, but heating is great. Water is high in iron so not suitable for drinking.

You get what you pay for. This place needs some serious work, a rough place for a guy, don’t bring a female as she won’t stay.

Unique!! Yes! Very Old Dishevled Building. No Security. Zero amenities The advertised DID NOT Exist!! FILTHY FLOORS. Water Faucets do not work! No screens in the windows. Every Other Room is SMOKING!! The place is an ash try!! Some Staff Member used my debit Card! There Employees live permantly It run by Capital Vacations!! Stay in a tent At least you would know what you have!! !

The carpet was very dirty. The beds had very old coil spring mattresses and even though it was 95 degrees outside there was no air conditioner. A note taped by the thermostat said heat only. We were unable to stay and when we left the first person at the desk said she didn’t know if they were supposed to have air conditioning in the rooms. If they do not plan to it should be clearly stated so people can decide if they’re willing to stay without air. The Second Lady said she thought maybe they had central air. If that was true it definitely wasn’t on because we were dripping sweat while sitting there. I would like my money back,

The room was clean and the bed (an important feature) was OK, I wish I had known you have no coffee pots, microwave or refrigerator in the room. Coffee is my most important meal in the morning; I would have brought my own coffee pot.

The hot tub was closed. The room had nothing in besides a bed and shower. Does not come with a microwave or a mini fridge. The heat temperature didn’t work so they sent a mechanic in which they turned up really high. There was no way of refund or anything. Really disappointing.

On a hot day, late check-in, no air conditioning, instead the baseboard heat was on. Turned the thermostat off but it stayed warm until morning. Very poorly lit premises and hallway/entrance and it stunk like musty smoke. Nothing on the website(s) indicated you have to go a half a block away to check in to get the key, and it would have been very difficult to find that place in the dark had we not randomly run into another guest. There was barely enough shampoo there to wash your hands, and no hot water early in the morning. Not a good way to welcome your guests! After reading other similar reviews one can see for the most part these things are not being addressed! Next time we pass this way we won’t stay here! What a dingy, creepy place!

Hotel is an older hotel. If you just need a bed, and a shower l, it will work fine. Strong smell of old cigarette smoke in the lobby and hallways. Air conditioning doesn’t work very well.

We didn’t even stay there. We walked into our room and it was so hot we were sweating. Broken AC that they never informed us about. We turned around, walked out and handed the keys back.

Unfortunately, this is a smoking motel. The minute I opened the door the smell hit me. It has been years since I’ve seen an ashtray in a motel room. I have asthma and could not stay in that room. There was a huge race at the Brainerd international Raceway so there were no rooms within 50 miles. Instead of staying there, I chose to drive the 2 1/2 hours home.

Check-in was in a separate building, which was odd, but staff likely wouldn’t want to stay in this building with no A/C all day either. Also smelled like smoke in the hallways but at least not in the room. Tub faucet leaked and dripped all night, shower head was only usable on the highest “jet” setting. If you need a bed and a roof for a night, it’ll work. Don’t expect much more though.

Checking in was a bit confusing as when you entered the building you would find a note telling you to call a number where you were instructed to look for a building wrapped in paper where you would check-in.. not very convenient. Was told it’s a non smoking building yet when you entered what appeared to be the former lobby, it smelled of smoke.. lack of security for the building as the former lobby door was never locked, anyone could enter the building. Had trouble getting Sufi after two trips to the office the lady at the desk was successful after two try’s on my phone. It was obvious pets are allowed as the carpet in the room were stained in multiple sports to the point where I only walked around with shoes on. Bathroom door would not close, drain plug for bath tub was missing.. Would I stay there again N9. Would I recommend anyone to stay there NO.

I rented the cheap room, it didn't have a refrigerator, it didn't have a microwave, something that in any motel there is because it's the basic, even a motel of 40 dollars has it and this one that cost 115 no, not to mention the quilts, I think they were dirty and old from what it looked

I only stayed there for a few hours, but to check in nobody told me that you had to head to a different building behind a gas station down the block. So I show up at the property and walk in and there's no place to check in, so I call them

No air conditioning, no ice maker, very loud location, horrible communication to try and call to verify booking. Checking in you need to go to another building to get your key. Dirty tub. Bed was ok, pillows horrible - bring your own. Don’t stay there with kids, they won’t sleep well.
