We go to bed early so we lived the quiet neighborhood and being away from the crowds. Plus the vaporetto makes it easy to get to Venice and then back to relax in your home away from home. The living room was large and bright, and everything worked. It even has a dryer, which is unusual in Europe. The property manager wasn't very communicative, as I asked three times if a late checkout was possible, and they didn't respond.
